Chapter 15

Harry's POV

I just stared at the spot where Kat used to stand. People around me were just staring at me. A few tears rolled down my cheeks. Apparently Hermione wanted me to suffer even more! I heard her cast a spell on me. I was taken into memory... the one that made my heart break over and over.

(Harry is 11 year old Harry same with Kat)
"Kat promise me you won't forget me. Promise me you'll remember me when I'm gone." I said to Kat with tears streaming down my face. "I promise." She whispered with tears rolling down her cheeks also. I slipped out of her grasp. She fell down and started to cry. She faded into the distance.

I came back into reality and I was screaming. Out of pain... not physically but mentally. Hermione knows my weakness. It's Kat. And if she shows me that memory... I go insane. I breathe heavily as I start to calm down. Images of Kat flashing in my mind. "You know what happened then... But do you know what happened afterward?" Hermione growled glaring at me. I was taken into another memory... but it wasn't my memory... it was Kat's.

(Harry is invisible... he is just in Kat's memory)
Kat was screaming my name over and over again. She was on the floor holding her head. "WHY DID HE HAVE TO GO?" She screamed.

Then the memory faded. Hermione was glaring at me. I was still screaming. Suddenly I blacked out.
I woke up in the hospital wing. Who brought me here? I try to sit up but I am pulled down by something on my wrists. I look over and I am being held down by a spell. I start screaming. This is what meant by going insane. I jerk my hands. They. Won't. Budge! I keep screaming. Madame Pomfrey came out. She looked concerned. "Granger told me this would happen." She said to herself. She got her wand and made it to where her voice would go through the whole school. "KAT STONE PLEASE COME TO THE HOSPITAL WING!" She said as it blasted through the school. I kept screaming though. Kat came walking through the doors a few minutes later. She froze as she saw me. "Ms. Stone... Granger told me that this would happen to Mr. Potter here. I thought you could help." Madame said. "Why would I?" She scoffed. I screamed out in pain (mental pain) as flashes of the memory came back again. A look of concern flashed in Kat's eyes before she covered it up. "What happened?" She asked Madame kindly but still obviously annoyed with me. I started to calm down. "I'm not for sure actually. He came in here unconscious." Madame said. I screamed again as pain shot through my body. It felt like knives were cutting every part of my body. "IT HURTS!" I screamed. My eyes were squeezed shut. Madame came over to me. I started to calm down. "Hermione... she showed me the memory when I was taken away. And when Kat was screaming my name... over and over again. Hermione knows that I go insane if I see that memory. This is insane." I breathed to Madame Pomfrey. Kat stormed out the door. Suddenly my screams echoed in the room.
