Arrestation

Akuin and Fuuko are sitting at their usual table, Fuuko enjoying her meal as Akuin stared at the bento that Fuuko made for him.

"Are you ok, Akuin?" she asked concerned "Does it feel like that ever since transferred we've been avoiding each other more than before?" Akuin wondered "What makes you think that?"

"I just felt like we should be hanging out more since we both go to the same school now." Akuin said "Darling, we both have our things to do" Fuuko stated, "I'm almost graduating and you have your kendo team, right?" she wondered "I could always stay and have a date with you"

"Don't...You deserve this, and I'm not gonna get in the way of it" she said "I understand what you mean, but I'm always willing to wait for that date you promised"   she smirked "I will, and thanks I don't know what I'd do without you" Akuin said 'I know...now eat up before lunch ends" she reminded as Akuin began scarfing down his meal, with the last encounter still fresh in his mind

(Flashback)

"You want me to what!?" I exclaimed as my voice echoed in the empty dojo "I want you to defeat a burst linker" Sensei said "A burst linker? are you alright sensei? are you perhaps going through some-"  "I know who you are Onyx Ripper!"  I instantly panic, I accelerated immediately before checking the Brain Burst matching list.

"No...there's no-one in the matching list besides me" I looked back at the old man as I remembered a crucial detail about Brain Burst "He's an old man, how does he know about Brain Burst?" I wondered before taking a deep breath before decelerating.

"You just accelerated, didn't you?" Sensei asked, "Talk old man, or I'll force you to!" I threatened as I pointed my kendo sword at him "Calm down. Like I said I do not wish to fight you" he corrected "Then why did you call me out?"

"There is a burst linker by the name of Admiral Disruptor, she's looking for you" Sensei stated "Admiral Disruptor? That's the first time I've heard of that avatar" I said, "Who is she and what does she want with me?"

"I can't say who they are for obvious reasons, but what they want from you is a fight." he stated "A fight? Well, tell them that I'm always up for some bloodshed." I boasted "I suggest not underestimating her. they are more than what you could fathom."  Sensei warned but I just scoffed it off "Really now? I'll be the judge of that." I then grabbed my things, putting back my kendo sword before walking out of the dojo.

(Flashback end)

"Some weird old man" Akuin sighed as the elevator dinged signifying that it had reached his desired floor. The door opened as Akuin walked to his apartment.

"Come on, Taku. You're a different person now!" Akuin overheard, he looked to where the voice came from and noticed Haru's apartment. "What's gotten him so excited?" Akuin thought as he punched in the key to Haru's apartment before letting himself in.

"What we have to do now is keeping his name off the matching list then it's time for us to thrash him in a duel!" Haru exclaimed "Yeah, and no matter how bad you get beat up. I'll keep on healing you!" Chiyu declared.

"Oh, are you guys planning on playing an RPG game?" Akuin chimed, startling the trio "AAH! Oh, A-kun, it's just you" Haru sighed as Akuin walked to the table and took a seat "So what's this about Healing and Thrashing somebody?" "Oh, we're jus-"

"Just planning tactics for an RPG game that Chiyu wants to play." Taku interrupted Chiyu "Really?! Damn..." Akuin grimaced "Hmm? What's wrong A-kun?" Haru asked "Well, I was about to tell you all when I got home, but since we're all here might as well," Akuin said as he stood up from his chair

"I'd be going away for a few weeks," Akuin said "What's the occasion?" Taku wondered "kendo retreat," Akuin said matter a factly "You do kendo now, A-kun?" Chiyu asked, "Yep, my sister manage to let me try out for a spot in the team."
