25) The Big Surprise!

Previously: 

"This is the best day ever!" Lily screamed.
"Yes it is." James added and kissed Lily.

Little did she know it was just going to get better.

The seventh years were going back into Hogwarts to make sure they have packed everything and look around for the last time as they would have to leave after dinner. 

"This has been a great year!" Lily exclaims as she walked hand in hand with James.
"Yes it has, and the best part of it was that I got you." he says looking at her.
"Have you though Mr Potter?" she asks smirking.
"I thought I do, or I hope so," he asked scratching his head. Lily just chuckled at his actions, James joined in a few moments later and soon they were laughing their heads for...

absolutely no reason.

"Wow Lils , I am so lucky to have you."
"I should be saying that to you, and have I apologised to you before I can't remeber I hope I did but anyways I'm sorry about the past 7 years, I was too blinded that I never saw the good side of you and only looked at your flaws and -"
"It's ok Lils, everyone has that time, besides that was 7 years ago, the important thing is now." 
"I love you James."
"I love you too Lily." They both leaned in for a passionate kiss that lasted at least a minute.

"Get off you filthy animal!" they heard, they turned their heads to see Snape angrily making his way towards them.
"Impedimenta!" Lily said waving her wand in the air. Immediately Snape started to slow down and you could see him running in slow motion.
"Wow, no wonder you got all O's ."James said, but Lily wasn't listening she removed the jinx and Snape ended up hitting his head on the wall, not that hard. 
"You are not to come near me nor my boyfriend, you have no right to." Lily said before storming off. As she was turning the corner, she heard a voice scream, "Flipendo." she only knew that voice too well. It was Snape. She rushed back before he could hurt James any more. 

James with a bleeding nose fighting back, but Snape had binded his mouth and no words could get out. Snape shouted 'Levicorpus'! James was dangling by his ankles.

"Ebublio!" she shouted at Snape, suddenly he was trapped in a large bubble. SHe hurried to James and helped him up, she used the counter jinxes and helped him up.
Furious, she stomped to Snape.
"Now listen here Snivellus, I don't need you ruining my last day at Hogwarts. You know I would consider listening to you or being your friend, but the problem with you, is you never change!" she shouted, "you still use the same dark magic, still hang out with the same group of friends and still do stuff behind my back. I warned you but you wouldn't listen and as soon as my back was turned you jinxed James, in a way that would hurt him, yes I jinxed you but it doesn't hurt does it, I didn't break your nose did I?! If I see you anywhere near me, James or any of my friends, I won't hesitate to break you!" She undid her jinx and was about to walk off, before she stopped and turned around. "Oh and one last thing." she said before her fist came in contant with Snape's left cheekbone. There was already a bruise starting to form on the side of his cheek. 
"Wow Lily, didn't know you had it in you!" he exclaimed as he walked with Lily.
"Well I am full of surprises aren't I?" she said.
"Yes, yes you are." he said and followed her to the Gryffindor common room.

----------------------AT 4 PM----------------------

Lily was sitting in the Gryffindor common room with Alice and Clara. Marlene and Sirius went somewhere together.
"So are you and Frank going to be living together?" Clara asked Alice.
"Well he did ask me and I did say yes." 
"Oh my god! That's great!" Lily exclaimed.
"Yeah anyways how are you and Remus, Clara?" 
"Um we're good I guess, we're not official yet but I do really like him and I think he likes me because we kissed but he hasn't asked me yet."
"I mean you could always ask him." Lily sugegsted.
"I know but wat if he doesn't like me like that and he thinks the kiss was just an accident?" Clara thought out loud.
"Clara! He does like you like that, I've seen it all year! And the worst thing that can happen is he'll say no, not that he will, besides what if he's hesitating to ask you for the same reason? He might also be thinking that you think the kiss was an accident!" Lily exclaimed.
"Ok, I'm going to ask him!" she said, confidently and strode out of the room.
