Venom/Eddie Brock X Reader

Through an open window

"Venom..."
Venom stare back at you both, yet in reality all he saw was Wreckage. You were hidden within the goopy mess that was your Symbiote. You didn't know if you were safe within. Venom could easily kill you. Eddie.. you thought to yourself. What would he think of you when he saw what was happening.

"We need to leave" you said. Wreckage tensed up "I can take him" he replied "no, you aren't fighting him, I don't care if you can win, we aren't hurting Eddie" you said. Wreckage rolled his eyes. "Humans are so soft" he growled, before trying to escape as the other Symbiote began running towards you both.

Wreckage quickly threw himself up a building. The fast movements made you feel sick. Wreckage was struggling. He was a larger and heavier symbiote, meant to fight, not run off. "idea" you spoke out, getting his attention immediately. "Get a distance away, somewhere populated, shrink back into me." You said. He grumbled in response. Pushing himself to go faster.

You thought maybe you where getting away, that was until Wreckage looked behind him and Venom smashed directly into you both. Sending Wreckage into the building. He stood immediately. His hands turning to blades. Venom stare at him. You were so thankful Eddie couldn't see you.

"Wreckage" Venom hissed out. Wreckage growled in response. They stand and stare at each other. Venom stay in a stance, ready to attack, but wreckage made his blades vanish, and stood in a relaxed pose. This confused both venom, Eddie, and yourself. What was he- NO!

Soon he shrunk back into your body. Revealing you. You began to shake, your chest hurting. Venom approached you, seeming surprised.

"Y/n?" He said. Tilting his head. You were just Frozen in spot, unsure of what to do. Staring at him. Suddenly your body reacted, you looked to the busted window where the Symbiotes had recently just broken in. You ran to it, Venom was too shocked and busy with Eddie panicking to react in time.

You jumped out the window. Tears pricked at your eyes, of course before you hit the ground, you felt your consciousness leaving you, as Wreckage forced himself out.

You woke in a dark room. A goopy blanket over you in a shade of dark blue. Wreckage doing his best to care for you. You couldn't see in the dark, having no idea where you were. You reached around trying to figure out your surroundings. You ended up falling off of the bed with a loud thud. wreckage let out a groan and you heard heavy footsteps heading your way. You pulled yourself under the bed, the door swung open and lights came on. You lay silently. Hand over your mouth.

You felt Wreckage stick his head out. He looked at you, then proceeded to drag you out from under the bed. You fought tooth and nail to stay under that bed. But against a very strong symbiote, you stood no chance. Immediate you were nearly face to face with Eddie. He stare down at you, as you were sitting on the floor.

"Ah... Hey.. bud" you said awkwardly. Eddie put his hands on his hips, like an angry mom. "you.. yOU" he yelled. You could tell he was mad. "You left the hospital still wounded! With a goddamn symbiote in you!" He crossed his arms. Venom sticking his head out and testing it on Eddie's shoulder.

You went to speak, but waited to see if he'd cut you off, when he didn't, you spoke. "Looks.. like we got.. some things in common" you said awkwardly. He scolded you. You felt like this could go on for hours. But soon he stopped, then sat down infront of you.

You stared at him, but before you knew it. He wrapped his arms around you and pulled you close. Your head pressed into his chest. You could feel his heavy breathing and quick heartbeat. That's when you realized how much he worried for you. Letting out a sigh. You began crying.

"Please.. forgive me" you said. He looked down at you "it's not going to be that easy" he said. Running a hand through your hair.

(I'm sorry alright hear me out, why should he forgive you for just?? Uh leaving?? Without a word? You gotta work for it babbY:)

You'd do your best to make it up to him. He forced you both to stand.
"Staring with, dinner, when's the last time you ate?" You of course didn't respond, not wanting him to be even more disappointed in you, you had sure eaten, but not much, Wreckage did most of the eating.

He lead you to the kitchen, sat you down on the couch, then went to cook. The smell honestly made you relax. Wreckage stuck himself out. Looking around "Smells.. delicious" he purred out. You pulled his head into your lap and began petting him. Seeking comfort. The symbiote wasn't sure about this 'affection'. But understood that it helped calmed you down, he always payed attention to your emotions. He could even mess with your hormones to help you sleep or cheer you up, yet you asked him not to out of respect.

Eddie noticed you both. "Tell me about him" he said. You looked to him from th couch. "Oh.. yeah.. his name is Wreckage and he.." Eddie tilted his head when you stopped, then opened his mouth to speak "where did you find him?"

"Remember that glass bottle.. the one that drunk stabbed me with" you replied.

"He was inside?.. this.. doesn't feel like it was an incident." He said. You nodded lightly. Wreckage went ahead and spoke up.

"It wasn't planned. I just happened to be in the glass- I've been trying to find a host that can sustain me for so long, I was going for the drunk or the girl, then the fight broke out, and (y/n) appeared" he said. You nodded. Eddie looked off for a moment. Then nodded. "You're both healthily sustained together?".

"Yes, but.." you went to speak. "I ate a bit of her organs, I'm sustaining her, if I leave her body, shell die in moments" wreckage spoke. This immediately got a response out of both Eddie and Venom.

"WHAT!" They yelled in unison. You could tell they were mad. Venom coming out. Surrounding Eddie only slightly. "WHY! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT? PATHETIC SCUM!" You could tell Venom was coming out more. Wreckage grumbled and spoke "I was starving- I couldn't stop myself. I was barely there in the moment-" "SHUT IT! BEFORE I RIP YOU IN TWO"

You covered your ears in response, which got them both to stop instantly. They were worried for you, but it was so loud. Eddie went quiet and went back to making dinner, some minutes later he came to you with a plate, it wasn't the best food, just some things quick and easy to make, Eddie wasn't some gourmet chef (at least that I know of). He sat down next to you with his own plate.

"Promise me you won't do whatever you and him were doing earlier? Wrecking shit?" Eddie said. You looked down and nodded. Tho you could tell Wreckage wanted to declare otherwise. You didn't let him speak.

You finished dinner and helped clean the dishes. Things were so quiet between you both. It was awkward. You'd gone missing, Eddie didn't stop searching. Wreckage and Venom on the other hand made sure things weren't quiet, they were bickering, but not just to themselves, but to each other.

You'd only just waken up for dinner, so you weren't exactly that tired. Eddie offered the TV remote to you whilst he went to bed. He said one last thing before he left "you better not leave me again". You took those words to heart. Staring out the open window while the tv played in the background. Wreckage wanted to stay too. So together you both just sat and stare.

After some time, wreckage pulled you back to the couch, wrapping you in a goopy blanket. Your eyes fluttering shut, and sleep finally took over at around 3 in the morning.
