Chapter 2. One more friend

12 hours earlier...
Dani p.o.v.
We were very worried about Cody, Blaze couldn't fly, his blades had too much salt from the sea,so we couldn't get them back. We watched how Cody and the bots were getting far away from us, but we couldn't do anything to help them.
-Cody, are you there?-asked my father. No one answered.-Chace? Boulder? Heatwave?-dad enquired one more time.
-There no connection, dad. It's too stormy, the coms can't get the message.-said Graham with a worried face.
I was devastated:
-We need to get them back!-I exclaimed.
-Yes, but we can't now, the storm didn't finish and Blaze can't fly.- said saddly Kade.
-It's my FAULT!!!-I shouted suddenly-If I carried the box carefully this wouldn't happen!!!- I screamed with tears in my eyes.
-Don't say that Dani, that isn't your fault!- said-yelled father.
-But...but...but...-I mumbled, when my dad and brothers let me in a hug.

Present day...
Boulder p.o.v.
Jessica seemed to be good, when we were at her working house, she bandaged the broken Cody's arm and she also bandaged his head, after it she pulled a blanket on him.
Cody stilled unconcious but now he wasn't pale,that was good enough. She said that Cody would be fine. Jess left the room, she had to work so she said:
-I have a lot of work, call me if you need something.
-Okay, thank you, Jess. Good bye.-replied Chace.
-Good bye!- and with that Jessica left.
Then, we looked at Cody, who was laying on the bed. Poor child!
After 2 hours, Jessica came to us. It was almost 9 o'clock, so about 3 hours that she found us. She said that she had time to see what happened with the machanism inside us.
-So,what happened?-enquired Heatwave.
-You told me that you were working at the beach, right?-questioned Jessica.
-Yes, that's right.-I said.
-Too much salt entered inside yours systems, they oxidated but it is easy to reverse that.
-Thank you so much, dear Jessica.-I answered her with a smile.
-You're welcome!- she said smiling.
Then, she oiled us and now we could open the cabins.

Jessica p.o.v.
I went back to my new friends and helped with the broken system of the bots. They asked me when Cody will awake, but I said that I didn't know it yet. I looked for other injuries on Cody's body, I only found some scratches, so I put curing cream on them. I did a new bandage on Cody's arm and head for more safety.
I brought some paint and some canvas to Boulder, books about detectives for Chace, for they were not boring while waiting for me.
I let in Heatwave in the training area. Then I had to do work so I left.
Kade p.o.v.
I'm too worried about Cody and the bots, because if Blaze couldn't open the cabin, that meant that Chace, Heatwave or Boulder also couldn't.
Dani thought that it was her fault, that made me even more sad I already was. I didn't think that it was her fault.
-Don't worry sis, Cody is alright.-I said to Dani to calm her down.
-I hope so.-She said.
I only could hope that Cody was alright, I was hoping that he wasn't hurted.
Jessica p.o.v.
After I left the bots, I went to the Studio to meet with Carla, I wanted she know what happened:
-So you met your brother?-she asked me.
-Almost. The bots know all the Burns family and how they look, but they didn't know me when I met them on the beach, they didn't even recognize my name. I think no one of my family told them about me, may be that with Cody is the same.-I reasoned.
-Must be. So, let's practice the new dances?-Carla enquired.
-Of course! Call the team, please.-With that I started the work.

4 hours later...

Chace p.o.v.
It is 14:00 o'clock. Jessica arrived and Boulder showed his paintings to her, she liked its. I finished to read the books and borrowed some more books.
She had a lunch and a break, in a while she entered Cody's room, he stilled asleep. Jess told that he was going good, so we didn't need to worry about him. Pretty good! She also said us that Cody possible awake up in 2-3 hours from that time, we were exited with that news.

Cody p.o.v.
I was waking up, my head was spinning and my vision was blurry. I could see a girl standing in front of my bed.
-Who...are...you?-I mumbled.
-Hello little Cody, my name is Jessica. How are you feeling?- she said when she spuned around to see me.
-Hello Jessica. I'm feeling tired and my head is spinning.- I answered.
-Ok, you need to rest so sleep so much that you want.-she said getting out of the room.
I then heard her say:
-Don't worry, Cody's health is good. He needs to get some rest, then you can talk with him.
-So good, thank you so much Jessica.- I heard Boulder say before I fell asleep.
When I woke up, I watched a clock on the wall, it was already 20:00, I slept for about 3 hours. I sat on the bed, when I remembered what happened, I felt worried. Jessica entered the room and smiled at me, then she said:
-I couldn't conttact with Griffin Rock, it's too far from here. When you get better, you'll go in a safe ship back to the island...you and your friends.
-But, where am I?-I asked her confused.
-You are at the Lenimon island.-answered Jessica.
-WHAT!!!??? But it is very far from Griffin Rock!- I exclaimed.
-Yes, I know. But don't worry, it will be all right and here you are safe.
Heatwave, Chace and Boulder entered to the room, they hugged me and I felt better.
Jessica brought me food and the next morning we had already a ticket for a ship in five days. Jess was pretty good with me and the bots, but she had missions with Quickshadow.
She always joked to get me funny, I wanted to see my family, but when I was near her, I felt like I am near a close family member. It was a really good feeling.
