i was walking to work when i saw the same black car that i saw yesterday.... that's so weird. do i have a stalker? i was too caught up in my thoughts to realize that Lynx and Aster were right behind me. "HEY RIKA!" Aster yelled. "bitch what do u want-"i spoke back to them. i just continued my walk as peacefully as i could with them trailing behind me like puppies.
it had been a good day at work so far, the kids weren't being a pain, so that's good. well, all the kids except bakugo. i swear he was always such a pain.
"yeah i would pay for Rika to be our teacher, like why an assistant, she's so hot, just get Aizawa out, and let Rika teach bro." Bakugo started going on a rant, I walked over to him to try and user my quirk to make him stfu, but Aizawa stopped me, and just stared at me. i stared back,of course, just staring at eachother for what seemed like an eternity, before Kaminari yelled "ARE YOU GUYS FLIRTING????" from across the room. i left the room. nope. THAT MAN WAS A FATHER FIGURE TO ME FOR THREE YEARS AND HE STILL IS. HELL NO. i called Aizawa, not wanting to go back in there after that, and told him i would be working with class 1-B as a sparring partner.
after i got to the sparring room, class 1-B arrived, and Monoma is being cocky once again, and Kendo is just trying to shut him up. I pulled Monoma to the mat, getting ready to spar with him. Sparring at this school is fun because you can't use your quirk while sparring. I had obviously won against Monoma, and continued with the rest of the class, and while I was walking out, Monoma looked at me with this depressed look on his face and mouthed "your fault" i laughed and walked out.
on my way home, i started thinking about the talk i had with Rumi earlier, she was always so pretty, and when we spoke we would only flirt with eachother. when i got to my neighborhood, Aster and Lynx weren't there, but the black car was. It was so weird. "fuck it" i thought. i ran through my neighborhood, and to the house. "GUYS THE FUCKING CAR IS THERE AGAIN" i said while entering the house. Lynx came running downstairs, yelling at me "YEAH WELL THERE'S BEEN A MURDER. SOMEONE FROM UA." i just stood there, and stared, then walked over to the tv, where the news was playing on repeat. "pro hero Mirko has passed today, after she had gotten out of work, police have been working and they found that she died from suffocation, and there was a feather left at the crime scene, that's all on news at ele-" i clicked off the tv. holy shit. that could've been me. i was speaking to her as we both left work. that was so crazy.
Rumi had died.
