Mels POV:
After I headed home I slipped off my shoes and started thinking about him. He's the only thing I could think about, I thought reading would help but it only made me anxious of what would happen to him. After a few hours it was finally 3 AM. With my eyelids finally growing heavy I reluctantly fell asleep.
*The Next Day*
I woke up very slowly I looked over to my phone to see that it was 11 AM. Late start I guess it's a Saturday so it's no worries I have a day off of work and I can relax. Suddenly his lovely little face came to mind, I had slightly forgotten but yet again it's the only thing I could think about.
Saving him.
I walked to the fridge to see what I could have for breakfast I settled on a bowl of cereal. After I quickly jumped in the shower and got dressed my intentions for the day have already been decided.
I'm going to help him.
When i opened the door I was greeted with a very mild breeze and very neutral temperature. Upon checking my phone it was 70 Degrees. Perfect weather. My first trip was to the grocery store to get food that he needs so he can survive. That's if I'll be able to find him. Upon checking out the cash register I had gotten tuna, some water and a couple jackets I had found a store over. A couple hours had passed and it was getting about mid afternoon about 3 PM to be exact. I had set out to find him.
