I wrap my arms tightly around both of them before turning my head to Wilbur. I nod my head towards my office, hoping that he understands that I want my paperwork so that I can maintain the calm that has been produced inside of this containment unit. The door to decontamination opens a few minutes later, Wilbur holding the forms and a pen so that I could fill them out. He places them gently on the floor just inside the room before stepping back out. I remove my arms from around the SCPs and slowly pry myself away from them so that I can get my things. Tubbo whines again as I leave, a frown present on his features.

"I'm not leaving yet, just let me get my things so I can keep working while I stay. Okay? I'm not even leaving the room." I send a small smile to Wilbur as a thank you when I take my things and return to my space next to Tommy.

T-0669 became increasingly violent today, reasoning unknown. Very protective over T-9226. Healed a wound caused by vines with a blue flower bud. Thorns may contain poison. T-9226 showed increased fear towards T-0669 during outburst. Made first sound today, a small whimper, caught the attention of T-0669 and calmed him immediately. T-9226 has increased bravery since arrival and will now approach Dr. L/N without T-0669. Both showed first signs of affection to others today, form of hug.

A knock on the glass breaks my attention. Dr. Jansen, or Fundy, is nodding towards the door. I give a look saying I understand before standing up.

"I need to leave now so I don't get sick. I will keep you safe from the outside. Tommy, you need to stop having these outbursts. You're going to terrify Tubbo," I say as I leave the unit. They both look at me blankly in return.

"I heard you got sliced. Let me see them," Fundy says excitedly as soon as I leave the room. I hold my arm out to him, rolling my eyes with a playful smile on my face.

"There's... there's nothing here?"

"No. I believe Tommy's thorns may contain a poison in some form, but he has an antidote to it also, a blue flower he grows. It heals them almost instantly as well. I wouldn't suggest studying that today though. They've had enough excitement." Fundy nods knowingly and leaves to return to the lab, likely to report to Niki. I return my notes on Tommy and Tubbo to my desk before going to check on my other SCP, a smoke type avian coded S-2826. I look to see Dr. Noveschosch, also known as Halo, sitting in the avian's unit. Nobody knows how he made it here. That man is beyond innocent and even the slightest cuss word will freak him out. He seems too bright and pure to be stuck in a place like this, especially for 9 years. He never went above ground again after coming into the pit.

"Morning. Saw we had some excitement in Tommy's unit," Halo said with a smile. I simply roll my eyes.

"You have no idea. How long have you been in here anyway? You spend way too much time with this thing." He shrugs.

"I think he's rather cute. Plus he's responding well to different training tactics I've been trying, like coming to a perch somewhere." My face remains bright, but I worry what is gonna happen to him. He's been exposed far more than he should and Niki already determined that he has the normal detrimental effects an SCP has on humans.

"Well, since you've been in here, has anything changed other than training skills?" Halo shakes his head. "Cool. You should come out of here by the way. You're going to get over exposed," I say as I gently push him towards the door. I force him to leave first before finally letting myself leave. I see Skeppy across the room and nod towards Halo. He gets the drift and begins walking towards us. I know those 2 have to like each other with how much they stare, but neither of them have admitted to anything yet.

3RD POV

"Hi Skeppy!" Darryl smiles at the younger. He returns a small smile, a soft blush appearing on his cheeks. During the short walk back to their offices, Darryl begins to feel a small burning sensation on the back of his neck, disappearing almost as quickly as it appeared. He thinks nothing of it, as it's been happening in various places on his body over the last 2 weeks. When sitting in his office a few moments later however, the burning returns, this time much more painful and reaching from his neck to his eyes. He quickly jogs out of his office, hopeful that no one noticed his urgency, as he locks himself in the bathroom. He turns to the mirror before his eyes widen in fear and his mouth drops in shock. A small sound escapes his throat as tears well in his eyes and he backs into the wall. His skin had turned to a dark black color and his once striking green eyes were now a dark shade of crimson. His cries became louder as a new pain pierced through his head, a set of sharp horns forming just behind his hairline. Unluckily, or luckily, however you wish to see it, someone did hear his rush and became more concerned at the pained sounds they heard from behind the locked door.

Darryl POV

A knock on the bathroom door knocks me out of my stupor.

"Darryl what's wrong? Why are you crying in the bathroom?" Skeppy. My hand instinctively reaches for the locked door but I stop it just short. I can't open the door like this. He'll leave. Run away screaming. I look like an SCP now. And not a cute cuddly one either. I'm a monster. I knew I was getting too much exposure but I didn't pay attention. Another choked sob leaves my lips against my will. The knob rattles but the door holds strong.

"Darryl! Let me in! Please! I don't know what's wrong but you're making me worried. Let me help you." I shake my head and put it in my hands.

"I-I can't," my voice fails me and wavers slightly. I become even more disturbed when knowing that my once lovable high pitched voice had dropped a few octaves. (For descriptive purposes, think between Wilbur and Eret's voices)

"Darry, let me in. I can't help you out here." I hear him slide down to the floor with his back against the door, his hand peeking through the crack between the floor and the bottom of the door. I slide down so my back would be facing his and I lightly put my fingers on his. He draws them back instantly.

"Darryl you're burning up. Let me in there. Now." Skeppy was never one to be demanding, especially when he saw that I was upset.

"I told you, I c-can't." I feel my breathing begin to pick up as he asks his next question.

"Why not?" The tears that had begun to slow now returned with full force as my brain kept telling me things. Things my heart hoped weren't true. You're terrifying. He'll never love you now. You'll never have another friend again.

"I can't. I can't. You'll hate me," I let out, my voice shaking as my panic intensifies. I hear a loud bang on the door but I don't pay attention to it as I hold my head in my hands with my knees to my chest. I do however start to feel the door open and make a dash for the light. He can't see me if the light's out... right?
