Leveling Up

(A/n: Hey guys, long time no see. I was supposed to complete this chapter in one week but it almost took me one month. When you will read this chapter, at some parts it will feel like the story is rushed and actually it is rushed because I am too lazy. So if you are unable to understand any point please ask in the comment section.

 Also there was a big miscalculation on my part in the last chapter. In the last chapter I mentioned Kiyotaka's current level is 61 but I miscalculated it. His current level is 77. So two minutes of silence for those who were waiting for the 69th level.)

During the time when the school had given  the students some time to prepare for their final exams, Kiyotaka discovered a hidden quest from the system. He got a key to enter the demon castle, which had the difficulty level of S. Upon entering he had to face the Gatekeeper of the Hell: Cerberus. He defeated him easily and obtained the key to open the door of the castle and some unattractive rewards. 

Once he opened the door of the demon castle he received a quest which was providing him some magnificent rewards. 

Quest was as follows- The demon castle is swarming with demons. You will receive a special reward for defeating the demons and collecting their souls.

Quest requirement- Collect 10,000 demon souls.

It took him more time to complete this quest than he expected. At some point it seemed that he would miss his final exams due to this quest but fortunately he completed it just a few hours before the exam. 

On floor level 75 he clashed with the Soul Shepherd: Metus. His fight with him was very intense. But he somehow managed to deal with him. After killing him, the quest was overed as he collected more than ten thousand demon souls. 

One of his rewards to complete the quest was that he could choose any item from the store. He chose a cursed random loot box which will provide the most important thing he needs. From that he got another key whose information was unknown. He obtained bonus stat +20 as his second reward.

 His third and last reward was the blueprint of Holy Water of Life. It is a mysterious potion that uses powerful magic to cure the user of all illnesses. It requires three items to create the holy water of life. Kiyotaka right now has two items out of three.

After taking his rewards, Kiyotaka left the demons' castle with the resolve that he will come back here again after increasing his level. 

While the exams were still going on, with an anonymous identity, Kiyotaka established a connection with villains. He offered them a device which he obtained by killing a demon on the lower floor of the castle in return for a huge amount of money and some information about more villain gangs. 

The device he offered is able to increase the power of an individual's quirk by manyfolds, so the villains took the bait and accepted the deal. Once Kiyotaka got his hands on the money and the information, he killed the villains and took back his device. He did this trick with a few more villain gangs. 

(A/N; If possible I will try to make a special chapter to show how Kiyotaka tricked the villains later. This summary may sound illogical but when i will explain things in detail this will make sense.)

Timeline:- Few days are remaining before the training camp starts so Kiyotaka has decided to clear the demons' castle in the meantime.

Kiyotaka's POV-

The last time when I came to the demons' castle I withdrew after defeating Metus. My limits were reached after fighting with him. This time I came prepared, as my level has increased after killing many villains. I also made them into my shadow soldiers.
