hagrid ran to his 'phone?' (idk what they use lol) and called Maxine.
"hagrid? is this you?" (no it's santa clause, there's a thing called caller i'd maxxy 🙄)
"yes it is me maxine." hagrid breathed out "i think i've made my choice."
"oh what is it hagrid??"

"oh, so this is why. well idc then. i'm putting in my resignation for the end of the year. i'm retiring dumbledore and going to finish my life with maxine in france." hagrid said in a matter of fact-ly way.
