Chapter 53

THIRD PERSON POV

Morning came, Zander stay still at their bed but Ava told him that they need to get up.

"Love, why on earth we need to leave our bed early?" He pouted his lips and then pulled Ava again towards his body.

"ZANDER GET UP! We need to get our dress for the ball, and you have some Alpha duties, remember we will leave again for few days, Cole and your father need you now, so don't be a lazy ass." She reasoned to him, she wiggled her body to get away from his grip, but he was so strong.

"Ugh, Zander I need to pee, let me go." He chuckled and then kissed her deeply before letting her go. She hurriedly ran at their bathroom and do her business, before Zander followed. They both took their shower and dress theirselves.

Holding hands they went to kitchen to have breakfast.

"Oh good morning! So nice that both of you woke up, breakfast is ready." Audrey greet and put another plates on the table. They greet her and the other good morning, took their seat and starts to fill their plates. Zander filled her plate with more food than his, that raised eyebrows from the people around the table.

"Mom, Dad, I would like you to know that Ava and I are expecting." All of them stop from eating and not even blinking from his announcement, until His Mom immediately hugged Ava while his Father congratulate him.

"Oh Son, I am so happy to hear that, Ava Dear you really make me happy." Audrey said while eyes already filled with tears. She embraced her son tightly while whispering something which cause Zander to smile.

"Ava, I so glad about this news, the pack will be overjoyed to hear that we have already an heir on the way." Alpha Philip states, which caused Ava to feel anxious, recalling what Ruri said yesterday, what if by announcing it may complicate things. She looked at Zander and mindlink him.

'Zander, can you tell to your father to keep this for us for the meantime. I am afraid we will face problem if we will announce it now.'

'Ok, Love, I understand, is it about what Ruri said?'

'Yes.'

"Dad, is it okay if we keep it secret for now? Anyway it is still early to announce right?" Zander said to his father. His father went silent for a while  but then nods his head as acknowledgement.

"Ok, you're right it is still early, It's just that I am so excited to hear that I'm having my first grandchild soon." His eyes shines and you can tell that he is really happy knowing he is going to be grandfather soon.

"Oh my god, me also, I can't wait, I think I'm gonna spoil her or him. Just hope she or he doesn't look like my ugly husband." And all of them burst out into laughter.

"Huh, Honey, as far as I remember, this face caused you to drool over me." Alpha Philip proudly said, Audrey shoot him a glare causing them to laugh again. Soon, Olivia came down and greeted them.

"Good morning." All of them greeted her back. Audrey offer her a pancake and bacon, which she happily accepts.

"Where's your Uncle?" Ava asked.

"Oh. He went back to our house, he said that he needs to arrange our things and he got some patrol duty today that's why he woke up early." She took her first bite and Thanks Audrey for the delicious food.

Soon Ava informed Audrey that they need her help for the ball dress.

"Oh, good thing that my couturier is free today, I will call her now." She quickly pulled her phone and dial a number. Soon someone answer and they talked. After few minutes, she cut the line and looked at them.
