I got up out of my chair, and grab the ring underneath Emily's cake. And then got down on one knee, The shake of Emily's face. I gave her one more grin. And then said this.
JJ " I knew that it has only been 1 and ½ years since we started dating but it feels like a lifetime. And I feel like we've been dating ever since I started working there. But I truly love you. You are the happiest thing that has happened in my life. You also are my best friend in my life beside Penelope. And you also helped me after what had happened with my ex and with your ex. So will you marry me Emily Prentiss."
Emily " I love you more than anything. And you are my best friend. And yes I will marry you!"
I placed a soft kiss upon Emily's knuckles before I got up off of my knee, and placing the lovely 3 carrot ring on her finger ever so carefully as could. Everyone
clapping their hands, and as everyone was walking out, they congratulated us. A big grin stayed on her face for the rest of our dinner. Before we had left the restaurant, Emily had pulled a little black box from a Pocket in her pantsuit. She open it for me, inside it was a soft velvet red. And the Diamond is pretty light pink. I look into Emily's eyes with little bite of sparkle in mine. I gave her a soft smile.
JJ " yes!"
Everyone started to cheer for us once again. I felt all the joy in the world that I am goi g to have the women that I have by my side for the rest of my life. I can't we thought of this at the same time.
Emily Prentiss pov: a 2 years later
I am finally married to the woman I love. And know we are thinking of adopt one more kid. So I can finally have a kid of my own, since the day I was six I've always wanted a kid, but however I can give birth to my own because when I was 12 something very bad happened. I've told JJ this.
