A lost blonde (Shikanaru)

[Still Shikamaru's POV]

Hopping from tree to tree all you see is green,brown,and blue. So you can't blame me for stopping when I saw a flash of orange as I was hopping by.

What I saw was someone, who couldn't be much older then me, wearing a orange Kage robe, with his hat in his hands letting me see his blonde hair for a brief second before he put the hat back on.

Kind like....No he left...

He had 12 ninjas trailing behind him, what looked to be 3 Jonin with there Genin teams. But what surprised me the most was that the Genin weren't goofing off like normal kids, no they were walking behind the respective Jonin quietly chatting.

The problem was I couldn't tell of what land this Kage was from. 

And I was too lazy to care, I would see when they entered the village.

[......Kage's POV]

Me and my Jonin, and there teams, where walking on a small, lesser known, deer trail when I felt a presence drawing near. I'm sure my ANBU felt it too, they where hidden among the trees. I put my hat back on just as the person was drawing too a stop. I signaled for the Genin to settle down, if the person (he or she) decided to attack, maybe they would think twice.

The fact was I'm a new Kage, the Uzukage of the Land of Whirlpools, or is it Sea of.... Never mind that's off topic.

Soon after the person left we entered the village gates. The gate keepers didn't stop us, so I guess the Hokage already told them about the new Kage.

"We'll go see the Hokage then ya'll can do whatever, just don't start a war...." I told them as we where walking down the main road.

"What makes you think we would do that?"

"If there is anything I know about you guys, Nagato, it is that you are great at starting wars."

That ended our conversation as we entered the Hokages office. The Hokage, as it is, was none other than Tsunade.

What happened to the Old man? I wondered.

Hai, sorry it was short, and that I haven't posted in a while, I was busy with school...
