I was sold to DPS?!

Chapter four: SON??? 😲😲😲

I sat next to Knox in Mr. Keating's class. His elbow kept brushing against mine and I was a nervous wreck. It was difficult to breathe in a class full of attractive boys. Except Cameron he wasn't there. I think he's still passed out in Neil's room. 

Someone probably should check to see if he's alright but honestly I kind of forgot about him

Anyway I was in class listening to Keating's stories with interest. But when I eventually zoned out thinking about what had happened yesterday, Keating walked toward me and handed me a paper with a famous poem on it. I had read it before but never out loud.

"Miss Grande please stand up and read this in front of everyone."

 I was frightened??? Why me?? I thought. I was shaking because I have really bad social anxiety. 

I stood there, in front of the class and felt all the boys staring at me as if I am a piece of lamb meat and they were wolves. I swallowed uncomfortably and began to read.

My voice took over and I couldn't think when I said the poem and I just sort of blacked out. When I was done and I regained counciousness I noticed everyone was clapping and Keating gave me an approving nod. I was so relieved! I did well and my parents never praised me for anything because they hated me.

But these boys, they worshipped me. All my anxiety was gone and I sat back down with a smile.

"That was good. That was really good." Charlie said to me with a smirk. He looked s*xy.

"thank you Charlie." 

Todd pass me a note and it has a very pretty poem on it. (I can't actually write poetry so just imagine the most beautiful poem you've ever seen because that's what todd wrote for Lana❤️)

This is the prettiest poem and it's dedicated to me? I thought and then I realized... I was falling in LOVE in Todd. But I also had feelings for Knox and Niel and Charlie. I'm the only girl at the school so the chances of them liking me back weren't small.

The lesson carried on. "Poetry is really important." Keating said and everyone clapped again. With that his class ended and the bell rings. Neil walked up to my desk. He looked nervous. "Lana i have to talk to you." 

"UH what about Niel? Why are you so nervous?"

"I can't tell you here follow me."

"Where are we going" but Neil didn't hear me he walk fast. I follow him all the way too the lake and we stood there in silence and we looked at the wavs in the water.

"Lana, my dear... I don't know how to tell you this."

"Yes, Nil?" so this was the moment, the moment every girl dreams of! A confession, with a beautiful sight in the background... Leading up to a kiss.

He tucked a hair behind my ear and our eyes met. He leaned in, just a little. I could feel his breathe on my lips, which in turn took away my breathe.

Was he... about to kiss me? I thought. But he stopped and just looked at me with our faces very close together. "You can't tell anyone." he whispered.

"OK. your secret is safe with me you know that just tell me." I said. 

Niel closed his eyes. "So... Uhm. Seventeen years ago my mom cheated on my father with Mr. Keating."

"What." 

"Yeah. Keating and my mom... did the thing together." he said and he took a step back. 

"The thing?" I repeated. I didn't know what he was implying, my parents never told me about the birds and the bees. 

Neil blushed FURIOUSLY hehe so cute. "Y-y-you know! He went in her... 'tunnel of love.'" 

"Uhm sorry I don't know what you're talking about?????" (and if you don't know what theýre talking about you're a pure cinnamon roll, too good for this world.) 

"I'm Keating's sON!!!" Neil screamed.

"OH WHAT? you lied to me when you said your name was Neil perry? Your name is Neil Keating?"

"I'm sorry I was scared. Nobody knows except me and my mom and- even Todd doesn't know, Lana. And my name is Neil Perry I swear."

"So your father- Mr. Perry doesn't know either? ANd neither does Keating?"

Niel silently nodded.

"Uhm well- that's not what I expected you to tell me." I felt tears streaming down my cheek because I thought Neil loved me... But I guess not.
"I thought you- you know what? Nevermind I'm leaving!"

"Lana wait!" he grabbed me by my arm. "You don't understand! If the word gets out it'll RUIN my families reputation. I'm sorry I didn't tell you before but please. Don't tell anyne."

"Fine. I will keep your secret."

A/N: so let me know what you thought about the chapter!! I also allow constructive critisism but only if it's positive. Uh also I might change Lana's name to Luna (Like Luna Lovegood from HP!!!!)
