beidou's kitten has been meowing non-stop, only wanting to be by your new cat. beidou wasn't sure on what to name her cat yet. you guys were switching name ideas while waiting for childe in the car.
"how about..scotch?" beidou spoke up
"you mean the alcoholic drink, uh..i'm not sure beidou." you chuckled petting your cat. "but you can name your cat whatever you like, it's yours anyway." flashing beidou a small smile she looked back at her cat.
"scotch. i like it, it's cute." making the final decision beidou decided on the name scotch.
the driver's door opened, childe getting in. clearly he was distressed.
"what happened childe, you seem off." you looked over at him.
"nothing, it was just some guy inside the store. he was saying bad things to other people."
"oh, that sucks." you responded. you looked back at beidou's cat. he was sleeping peacefully on beidou's lap. smiling you look at beidou, she was already looking at you.
"you wanna hold him?"
"oh, no. i was just looking, i don't want to disturb his sleep." looking back at the road you continue petting your cat. the lady had given your cat a name since she was a kitten.
"evie, want a treat?" your cat looked up at you, waiting for the sweet treat.

the lights reading 'motel' started flickering in front of you. childe spoke up after getting checked in.
"it's nice trust me, don't worry." he chuckled looking at beidou and you. it looked normal, but something you'd see in a horror movie.
putting in your key to enter your room, you opened the door. the room did look quite nice, having a soft and comforting feeling.
setting your cat down you lay down on the bed. resting your tired body on the comfy bed. evie laying beside you, putting herself into a loaf shape. her purrs slowly putting you to sleep. until you heard a knock at the door.
groaning, you get up and walk to the door. you open it to see beidou in front of the door.
"sorry if i bothered you, but i wanted to ask you something." beidou asked, scratching her arm.
