After numerous hours on end, you laze around Mondstadt doing nothing. You received several greets here and there but all to no prevail. Boredom struck you for many hours and you saw a knightly familiar around the area. And so you went on ahead and greet Eula who was just doing Reconnaissance Reports around the City.
"Hey there, Eula! What's going on? Doing some.. Knightly Duties?" You inquired.
"Why isn't it the Traveler! And yes, I'm just skimming around the area to find something worth reporting to the Knights. The Acting Grandmaster has also found out that someone stole a precious artifact from one of the aristocrats in the City so I'm interrogating questionable citizens in the meantime as well." Eula asserts.
"I see.. May I help with that if possible?" You ask.
"Well, you may. But you can only do a small proportion of work. I don't want the people around Mondstadt thinking I'm using you as a pawn now, can I?" Eula states.
"Alright then, I'll go around and interrogate inhabitants around the corner. You can investigate parts outside of Mondstadt that seem suspicious. I'll report to you things that come off as useful information."
Eula scoffs. "Now look who's ordering me around!"
After a few minutes of walking and interrogating inhabitants, you arrive to meet Eula who was just resting at one of the tables at Good Hunter.
"Eula! Greetings, how did it go with your knightly duties?" You inquire.
"Well, it all went well. Sadly, there isn't anything interesting to note. But still, I have to write down every single thing I hear, see and sense for each of my Reconnaissance Missions. Every single report must be detailed as possible but sadly, those details won't even let us find the criminal who stole the artifac-"
Then, a sudden loud noise of shattering glass was heard as the Criminal leaped through the window and came crashing down the street. As soon as you two heard the sound, Eula immediately chased after the individual once Eula saw them crashing down the street of Mondstadt. The Knights at the front gate ran after the sprinting individual but Eula soon caught up with the Criminal.
"Aha! What's this in your hands?" Eula swept the individual off their feet and they fell harshly on the floor, causing them to grunt in pain. As soon as Eula uncovered the clothed item, Eula saw the stolen artifact that one of the Aristocrats reported missing in detail.
"At last, we have found you. This action will cause you quite a lot of Mora which is one million and eight hundred Mora. I'll hand you over to my men who take care of trivial manners that include the likes of you." Eula grips the individual harshly and the two returned to Mondstadt's inner walls and so forth Eula handed the individual to the knights who took care of business like this.
Eula walked back to your place as to where she saw you just drinking your beverage.
"Nice job, Eula! I never really get to see you like this. You being in action is already interesting enough for me if I'm being honest." You stated.
"Really? Why thank you, Traveler. As for you, buy me a drink if you will. I am heavily exhausted after all the chasing and I would prefer to have a beverage like yours."
Eula requested ever so carelessly with her out-beaming aristocratic attitude, and yet you can't reject her request. You know what would happen if you rejected her plea, she'd become a raging wildfire! Well, let's say that the description 'raging wildfire' is a bit of an overstatement. Ms. Eula is unpredictable, so of course, you can't foresee her actions now frequently.
"Alright then, I'll buy you Sunsettia Marmalade. You can't take back your request if you want another drink!" You asserted.
"Hmph! Alright then, I'll stick to my decision to have a drink like yours. I'd bid my life for the Archons if this drink happens to be regrettable." Eula expressed with all of her confidence.
You continued purchasing a Sunsettia Marmalade and once the drink was given to you, you passed it onto the ever so confident Eula.
"Thank you." Eula grabbed the drink and as soon as she drank it, her face seems to have become numb and emotionless.
"It's good..." Eula claimed with a monotone voice, then she kept sipping tiny bits of the Marmalade.
"What's that I hear? It's good? Don't tell me you regretted requesting this drink!" You claimed ever so giddy and goofy-like.
"Wha-wh- No! No, I did not regret requesting this drink! Stop playing around!" Eula stated.
"Sounds like you regretted it! Now, where do you want to be delivered to the Archons, Ms. Eula?" You tickled Eula and she tried keeping a still composure but soon her composure broke, then, Eula started laughing lightly.
"Hey! Stop that!" Eula said between her laughs but you wouldn't stop. But as soon as Eula got serious, you blinked to your seat faster than ever.
"Hmph. To think that you're the playful one around me. You remind me of that green bard we met at the Tavern, but it seems that you have some sort of history with him, but I won't exactly inquire about the sort of business you have with that bard, you respect my privacy and so do i."
After a couple of seconds of chatting and resting, Eula decided to invite you to a peaceful walk to Cape Oath.
"Traveler, would you mind taking a walk with me to Cape Oath? I feel like taking a breather from the bustling and roaring Mondstadt." She requests.
"Well, alright then. I wanted to check out that area for any interesting stuff so yes, I'll go with you."
You and Eula stood up and started walking to Cape Oath, but once you left the front gate, you hear the guards whisper between one another but you can't seem to find out what they're discussing.
In the middle of the walk to Cape Oath, you decided to inquire Eula about the gossiping guards.
"Eula, did you notice the guards whispering to one another by the gate?"
"Ah, yes. I did notice them gossiping on and about but I never really heard the rest of their conversation. It's like they said... 'Dating' perhaps?"
"Dating? That's odd. I never really saw them discuss between one another." You claimed and Eula agrees with a nod.
Once you and Eula reached a certain spot of Cape Oath, you two sat down by the cliff enjoying the sunset.
"Traveler, You know how to put my mind at rest. It's like you make me relaxed and... Relieved once I see you." Eula stated.
"How so?" You ask.
"Well, my heart and mind just feel like it's empty without your company. You just make things livelier and I do appreciate your company. Panic and worry come into thought and it just seems to disappear when you're around." Eula states.
"Well, I appreciate your company as well. And, the same goes for you. Panic just invades my mind and it all dissipates when you're around."
And suddenly, out of the blue, Eula lightly kissed your hand like the aristocratic woman she is.
"Take this as a token of appreciation." She stated.
You blushed in confusion as to why she did it and Eula chuckled a bit.
"I did not expect you to do that."
"Well, I didn't expect myself to do that too."
