A short OS
Raghav was constantly calling doctors in the corridor of the hospital and yelling for help . Just then a doctor comes in and says , " what happened ? Why are you shouting ? "
R : doctor , please treat this patient , it's urgent . The patient fainted on the road
D : yeah sure ! Please take him to emergency ward
Then they drag the strecher towards the ward followed by two ward-boys and Farhad . They reach and doctor asks them to wait outside the ward .
Raghav was frantically walking up and down the corridor constantly looking at the ward . He was horrified when he saw the patient unconscious on the ground .
Flashback :
Farhad and Raghav were travelling in car to Jayati jewelers showroom when they saw a crowd in the middle of the road blocking the way . Farhad honked but none of them were ready to give a way . Raghav was frustrated that he had to reach showroom to sign a deal which was important to him . He asked farhad to look what was wrong .
Farhad stepped out of car to reach the crowd . After few minutes, he came running to his Anna panting and shock clearly evident in his eyes .
R : what happened Farhad ? Why are you running ?
F : Anna woh ... Woh !!?.... He was pointing towards the crowd ....
R: okay Farhad , but tell me what's the matter ?
F: please Anna , you have to come there .... That person ....
Now Raghav was really worried . He guessed that there was some person in the crowd whom he's supposed to know and that person was in some sort of problem .
They slowly cleared the crowd moving forward to see that person . Raghav saw a person lying on the road unconscious. He immediately ran to that person and try to talk , get that person to consciousness by slightly slapping the cheeks but failed ....
He lifted the person and put in his car and asked farhad to drive to a nearby hospital quickly .
All through the journey he was constantly trying to wake up the patient , rubbing the sweat from the forehead and asking Farhad to drive fast .
Unknown fear gripped his mind , a sense of protecting that person has rose up in his mind. He was constantly checking the pulse which was slowly dropping down . He tried to rub the palms to generate heat.
They reach the city hospital
Flashback ends
The doctor informs that the patient had a mild attack and needs to be taken care of . The doctor also added that the patient should not undergo any kind of mental stress as it may only trigger the attack .
Raghav nodded and said he will make sure that the patient will be taken care of ! He asked if they can meet the patient and doctor says only after he regains his consciousness to which Raghav agreed.
F : Anna , what is all this ?
R : I don't know Farhad .
F : I think we should inform them about this
They must be worried
R : sure Farhad but only after the patient wakes up to his senses
F : okay Anna. What about the deal ? We are already late to our offfice .
R : Farhad .....!!! Deal can wait ! I need to talk to that person now ..... That's more important
Farhad just smiled at his answer .
The one hour that followed made Raghav Rao a multitasker . He was constantly on phone doing all his work through a phone call - convincing a client , cracking a deal , cursing harish for his negligence. In between he was constantly checking on the patient in the ward . He had his eyes on the ward .
