Chapter 18

Greg POV

I heard beeping. Where am I? The last thing I remembered that Katie was going to be taken and this man punched me in the face. 

"Greg, come to us. Katie has been taken away. We all need you" I heard Denise said 

Katie? Where is she? Is she really not here? Ugh, this is so much for my brain. I tried to open my eyes but I couldn't because something is holding me back. I tried it again and I finally opened my eyes. No one saw me opening my eyes so I looked around the room to see Denise, Theo is sleeping on Denise's lap, and Niall. Niall. What is he doing here? Isn't he on tour? Where's Katie? Is she taken?

"Greg" Niall said 

Denise heard Niall then looked at me. She carefully put Theo on the couch that was in this hospital room and then came over to hug me. 

"You okay?" she asked

"Yeah. I am fine. What happened?" I asked and Denise looked at Niall

"Um, you kind of knocked out by this man who was with Kaite father, and Katie is now kidnapped" Niall said as he scratched the back of his neck

"Oh my god Niall I am so-" I said but Niall cut me off

"Greg it's okay. Denise told me what happened. We will get her okay" he said and I nodded

"Did you tell the police?" I asked 

"Yeah. They are tracking her phone since she took her phone with her" Denise said and I nodded

"Here let me go get the nurse. She told me to get her when you wake up" Niall said 

"I will wake up Theo too because he was asking for you" Denise said and I nodded

Niall POV

I can't believe this. Katie is gone. My princess has been taken away. I would be mad Greg to let them take her away but Denise told me what happened and she told me that he was saving her but couldn't. When I heard about Katie was taken away I packed my bags and came to Ireland. I don't care I had to cancel the tour or something. I just need to make sure my princess is safe. The nurse checked Greg and told us he could leave later this evening which is a good sign that he is doing okay. 

"Looks like you are going home early" I said to Greg 

"Yeah. When are we going to look for Katie?" he asked and I sighed 

"Like I told you. I told the police about this and now we have to just wait for their phone call okay" I said 

"I know but I feel so bad. This is all my fault" he said 

"No it's not Greg. I know you have tried to save her. Denise told me everything. You probably might be her hero" I said and he smiled 

"Thanks Niall" he said 

"Your welcome. Now let's see if you are all better then get you home okay" I said 

"Okay" he said 

Katie POV

Where am I? I opened my eyes to see that I am on the cold ground and there was a gate that is in front of me. I couldn't get out but there was a small hole at the bottom. I guess that's where dad is going to give me water or something right. 

"Oh you're up. Let's the fun begin" dad said evilly as he rubbed his palms together

I was about to speak but I felt a hand slap across my face. 

"Don't speak" dad said 

Dad grabbed a belt from the scary man and then slapped me to make me cry. 

"Stop crying. You deserve this" dad said 

He slapped me again and again but I held my cries. After he slapped me he gave me a water bottle and I was surprised. 

"Don't be surprised okay. You are getting one bottle a day okay" he said and I nodded

I opened the cap and drank half of the bottle because I was so thirsty. I closed the cap back on and dad closed the gate on me and I sat down on the ground with my water beside me. Niall please come and save me.
