Y/N's POV
On the weekend, after Friday's session with Zemo, I decided to go to a local library and start looking for a book he might like. I started going through some different sections wondering which book he would enjoy right now. Because even though he told me he didn't have a favorite genre he definitely does, most people do, I know I do.
I start looking through the romance section, it had been around 30 minutes since I had started looking and so far I was still undecided about what to get him.
"Excuse me miss, do you want any help?" The lady at the front asks from behind me. I turn to look at her, did I really take that long that the lady got irritated of me walking around?
"I think so," I say chuckling.
"What kind of books are you exactly looking for?" She asks me. I look at her unsure, this would have been so much easier if Zemo decided to actually tell me what book genre he prefers.
"I'm not quite sure, it's not for me and he didn't tell me much about his book preference" I explain to the lady and she raises her eyebrow a small smile forming on her face.
"Oh, is this for your boyfriend?" I turn to look at her shocked. Please Zemo and I a thing, not even in my nightmares; I mean, he isn't bad looking, but no, just, no.
"Oh no, no way, he's just a co-worker you could say" I explain to her, and she nods.
"Alright. Well, Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte is in the top 9 books worldwide so I think it would be quite fitting" She says, as she goes looking for the book and hands it to me.
I read the back to see a bit of what it is about.

Oh, it sounds interesting, I think he will like it.
"I'll take it," I say, moving to the cash register and paying for it. I thank the lady again and walk off with a new book that hopefully, Zemo will like.

"Ms. L/N you are going to be late for your appointment with Baron Zemo!" I hear Princess shout. I quickly sit up as I take my phone to look at the time.
"It's 9:15!" I shout standing up as I rush to my closet to pick out some clothes, "I'm never going to make it on time! Princess, why didn't you wake me up earlier?"
"I actually kept calling your name but you always ignored me. It's not my fault" She said and I rolled my eyes as I drop the clothes in my bed and rush to the bathroom.
"If I end up late I'm blaming it on Shuri, please remind me to blame her if I do end up being late!" I shout at Princess from the bathroom as I speed shower.
Once done I quickly get out and get changed, I do a simple make-up look and grab my things as I rush out of the place.
"Don't forget the book!" I hear Princess remind me as I'm closing the door. I thank her and rush back grabbing it and running back outside as I lock the door to the apartment and leave.
I rush to the underground taking the two tubes and I end up missing the bus so I had to take an Uber to the facility. Once I arrive I look at the time, 10:01 am, just a minute late, I can settle with that.
I walk into the place waving at the guards as I walk with them to Zemo's cell, they open it for me and I thank them as I enter.
"You're 2 minutes late" He points out as I go to take a seat.
