Miley Swan moves back to town and goes to La Push high school where Paul Lahote imprints on her. But Paul didn't want to Imprint ever and avoids her or is just a jerk. Will someone else come along and swipe her off her feet or will Paul get his act...

Miley had finished eating and had took her tray up with Jake, walking behind him and smiling at a joke he had said. Once again it was to Quills expense but he laughed it off following behind Miley and putting an arm around her shoulders still helplessly flirting. It was more a joke now then being serious but it still made Miley blush like a mad woman.
Walking with her eyes only glancing up here and there she looked up and she met the familiar face of Paul Lahote. She was merely 5 feet away to her table when their eyes seemed to meet in slow motion. Because to her as she looked in his eyes everyone around her stilled and Paul's eyes were so intense it made her feel like she couldn't breathe. Paul looked like he had gone into shock but slowly his eyes turned into a glare. Miley felt a sting of rejection go through her entire body without any words being said. His look of disgust alone made her insides feel like they had caved in. It didn't help that Quills arm seemed to tighten since he saw the exchange, Jake and Embry had been walking ahead of them and didn't notice the interaction.
"Why don't you keep your dirty looks to yourself Paul." Quill snapped aggressively while walking past Paul which caught Jake and Embry by surprise. They whipped around almost immediately shocked by the tone Quill used, he was always playful to everyone but it was clear he was actually angry. Both boys saw my down casted look and Paul looking ready to blow at any second and practically ran the short distance to pull me and Quill away.
Paul stood up his entire body tense as he took a few threatening steps and he even appeared to be shaking, but unlike Miley it wasn't nerves it was anger. Quill began to square up to him ready for a fight as Jared immediately got in between the two guys. Jake and Embry each grabbed Miley and Quills arms to get them away from the conflict. Jake pulled Miley away putting himself between the cult and her, glaring them down as Miley peeked from behind him. Paul's heated glare went from Quill who was being pushed on the chest away from Paul by Embry to Miley for a brief moment and Quill lost it. He practically charged at Paul then yelling for him to leave me alone. I was surprised considering I hadn't known him long and it seemed to shock his best friends too.
Paul began lowly rumbling to himself like earlier in class it sounded more animalistic up close. And it sent a shiver of fear down my spine but Jared soon grabbed Paul and pushed him into the hallway in a hurry as Paul's body began shaking even harder. Quill chest was puffed out and Embry sat him down harshly in his seat from earlier. My eyes still wide with fear I hadn't realized my body was shaking with anxiety until Jake turned around and began rubbing my arms to calm me.
Slowly Kim stood up and rather then follow the boys directly out she briefly stopped walking past me to say something. "I'm sorry about him. I hope your okay." Kim muttered in a rush walking out to the hallway. The entire cafeteria was silent and all eyes were now again on Miley with a new interest. The cult clearly had some weird interest in her ...... or hatred considering Paul looked at her like she were a bug on his shoe.
