There is a price on everything
A price for food
A price for your mood
There's a price for your friends
Although it depends
Whether their kind
Or their blind
Blind of the price tag
The price of selfishness
Although there is also a price for selflessness
There is a price for all
Like the price for greed
And the price of a ball
There is a price for immortality
That price is death
The price can be in cash
Or of a crash
That leads to do the death of many
And the mourns of plenty
There are prices that we can pay
But there are prices that we can't slay
So when the dragon gets stronger
And the price gets longer
You are put in the place of death
Not death of dying
But death of crying
Or death of lying
Or prying
The price tag can come in all
It is everywhere
And it is always there
Sometimes it can be in the shape of an affair
Or in the shape of despair
So beware
For the price of everything
Inspired by all the Chinese rulers who tried to gain immortality but died instead. Qin Shi Huang I'm looking at you.
