Keiko had just binged read the 'Keeper of the Lost Cities' series before drifting off into a dreamless slumber.
Little did she know, waking up in that exact world was what awaited her. She woke up to a call, "KEIKO KAYO!" The first thing she saw was a pillow landing on her face.
"That's a horrible way to wake someone up, you know?"
Celestia, Keiko's childhood friend, grinned from ear to ear,"Well... you'd better get used to it!"
Celestia immediately told Keiko to meet her downstairs in 15 minutes (knowing how long she takes to get ready) as there was a piece of 'crazy news' that she would probably catch on by then.
As Keiko looked at her surroundings, she gasped. Why was everything so pretty?...Just like the elvin world? She knitted her eyebrows together, feeling puzzled. Coming to a conclusion that she was hallucinating, Keiko trudged into the gorgeous bathroom, intending to wash up.
The shower had multi-coloured water cascading down from it. {a/n: dw it doesnt colour her skin lolz} The floor even had those expensive glass-like flooring!

Her eyes widened in shock and she immediately dashed down the wildwood stairs, unsure what was going on. Trying her best to keep calm, she stared at all the pretty people in the living room.
There was an adult with teal eyes who looked extremely distinguished. He looked like...Alden Vacker? In addition, there were three other teenagers in the room; Sophie Foster, Keefe Sencen and Fitz Vacker. She frowned, already catching on. And, of course, Celestia. At least she knew one person. [in person :p] Celestia immediately let a laugh out, "YOU LOOK SO DISHEVELED!"
"DUMBASS!- Sorry nevermind that. Would someone please explain what is going on?-" She gaped at the majestic living room.
"We'll get to that in a few minutes... There's-"
"- No reason to worry," Keiko and Celestia finished in unison.
Alden was stunned, unable to form a single word properly. Both Sophie and Fitz just sat there rigidly (like 🧍🏼♀️) while Keefe burst into laughter.
"Hey! She knows your catchphrase! ThErE's nO reAsOn tO woRrY," Keefe mocked between laughs.
Celestia and Keiko seemed to relax a little at Keefe's words as Sophie gave a remark. "They have brown eyes too!" To that, they grinned.
When Alden regained his composure, he started explaining everything that had happened.
"We don't know why you two are sent here nor do we know how to send you back to your own timeline,"
Keiko and Celestia both gave a small nod, realizing they had travelled, somehow, into the elves' parallel universe where the time there is faster than the human one. Keiko frowned and muttered something under her breath.
Alden noticed that and instantly questioned what she had said.
"I said that you guys are from a book in the human world, you know? That means.... Celestia and I knows everything that's going on," Keiko repeated.
Later on, Celestia continued to ask if they had met Silveny. In reply to that, they nodded. "How bout Keefe and Sophie flying on Silveny?" "...nope"The other three teenagers replied in unison.
The girls looked at each other, reaching a mutual understanding.
They were in the midst of the second book, 'Exile'.
