Description: Paper Plate Buddy is a paper plate doll made by a child in Freddy Fazbear's. While some believe that this doll is based off of Balloon Boy, it's not known for certain. It has shown to be able to move around, although it is unlikely it is sentient.
Origin: Paper Buddy originates from FNaF 2, where it can be seen in Party Room 4 with his other fellow Paper Pals. It can also rarely move into the office. Originally believed to be based on Balloon Boy by most fans, copyright info confirmed its name, leaving its true identity a mystery.
