Description: A small toy found in an Afton Robotics establishment. He bears a resemblance to Balloon Boy. He is sometimes known to laugh uncontrollably. It's believed that he was made to laugh whenever somebody else nearby laughs, but due to him hearing his own laughter, it's hard to get him to stop.
Origin: Little Joe originates from Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location, where he is a decoration hanging from the ceiling in Circus Control. A behind the scenes showcase later gave him a name.
