I was standing looking around in the late night and breathing out warm breath onto the cold air "i need to check on him" i mumbled and walked inside and looked around before finding a male sitting in a chair reading a book at a desk.
I sighed and walked over gently playing with the hair that sat in a ponytail "oh hey, what are you doing up?" "Not for you to know now come on let's go off to bed with you, do you need the ritual like you did when you were little?" He sighed and got up "whatever i don't care" i smiled and followed him.
We got to his room and he sat down and i started braiding his hair humming softly once i finished he laid down onto his stomach "let's see it's been a while huh?" "Mhpf." I tucked him in and smiled then gently rubbed his back and started telling him about a story of a traveller.
"And the traveller was telling the others on how he came around-" i heard quiet snores "i still got it" i mumbled and got up walking over to a candle and blowing it out "good night mate, sleep well Techno..my son" i mumbled the last part and left the room closing the door, i got outside "ah hello my love it's been a while and i know you aren't here to take a soul"
"That's right Phil I'm just here to visit you" she said smiling "thank you Kirsten"
