She saw a black cat levitating in the air in front of them. She recognized the cat as the one she met in her dream.
"Whoa! Whoa! Calm down. I am not going to attack anyone. I didn't mean to startle you four." he explained, calmly. His eyes were wide seeing them all ready to attack. Sapphire relaxed but was still unsure and suspicious of the others.
"Who are you and why did you call me to the hill about some 'problem'? Who are these other ones?" Sapphire snapped.
"You said there was some quest, you didn't say anything about anyone else." The blue tom said
"Oh, my apologies. I forgot to introduce myself." The black tom said. His voice was calm and welcoming. "My name is Jasper. I am the cat of Spirits. I have called the four of you to this hill because I need your help. There has been some trouble. You are all here because each one of you were born as one of four chosen elements."
"What?" Sapphire meowed, confused. She looked around at the other three.
"Oh! Now my abilities make sense." Misty smiled. Her face quickly dropped and she was now frowning, "But what's the trouble? Why have you called us here?"
"His name is Talon ThornHawk. He is causing trouble and I need you four to stop him!" Jasper said.
"What's the matter with him?" the blue tom asked, walking closer. He raised his eyebrow.
"He's trying to take over the four elements." Jasper replied. "He has somehow collected DNA from all four of you and is trying to cause mischief. You must stop him."
"But how are we supposed to do that? We're just cats." Sapphire meowed, confused. Her head tilted to one side.
"Yes, but they are all four of your elements. The ones you were born with, the reason you all have a different ability. You are the elements. You four must go to his lair together, which is up on a mountain beyond. Confront him, for they are your elements, not mine. You are the 'Chosen Four'."
"Wait, together? No, no, no, no, no, I am not going." Sapphire hissed, sarcastically. She began to walk away.
"But you're the fire element! You have to come." the blue tom said.
"Yes, there has to be four elements." Jasper agreed.
Sapphire turned around, "I don't know any of you and we have to travel together? I'm out!" she snarled. She turned back again and continued to walk away.
Jasper sighed. He was tired and he felt like he had heard this before. "If there aren't four elements, nothing will work. Talon ThornHawk might take over the elements and who knows what he is going to do with them? He might even destroy the elements!"
Misty walked over to Jasper's side and began to try and comfort him. Sapphire turned around again, hearing what Jasper just said.
"Wait! What right does he have to take over elements that he knows aren't his? If we are the chosen four of the elements, he has no right to take over using our elements! I'm coming because there is no way I am letting some cat that thinks he's all high and mighty take over the world! Let's knock him off his high horse!" Sapphire meowed.
"Umm... what's a high horse?" The brown cat asked, raising his paw.
"Nothing." the blue tom replied, rolling his eyes.
