tw: mention and use of gun
THERE WERE ONLY three times where jaehyuk saw true terror in asahi's eyes. the first was when asahi transferred to a new high school. the second was when his parents found out he was gay. and the third was right now.
jaehyuk saw asahi raise the black gun in his hand shakily. he heard the loud and shaky breathing coming from asahi in front of him. jaehyuk couldn't do anything. being tied to a pillar definitely limited the amount of things he could do at the moment.
asahi's finger lingered dangerously over the trigger. and that was when jaehyuk saw another man come out from the shadow. he had a tall figure. he wasn't necessarily that good looking but it wasn't a pain to look at him either. he wore all black, from his mask to his shoes. the man whispered something in asahi's ears which sent another wave of terror through him.
jaehyuk smiled at the japanese boy sadly. asahi breathed in and tried to look away.
❝ just pull the trigger ❞ growled the man in black
asahi shakily took in breaths and counted to ten slowly.
the man in black walked up to asahi and that was when the doors to the basement burst open. more men flanked in the room. jaehyuk could spot hyunsuk from behind all the men. the older male nodded and his lips pressed into a thin line.
hyunsuk's men grabbed the man in black while doyoung and yedam started to untie jaehyuk.
❝ hyung, you need to go to jiwon. get yourself checked out in case you're injured, she can... yeah never mind ❞ trailed off yedam as jaehyuk rushed to a certain japanese male
jaehyuk rushed to asahi as he collapsed on the floor. jaehyuk pulled the japanese male into a slow and gentle embrace. jaehyuk felt his shirt become wetter.
❝ i'm sorry. i'm s-so sorry jae. i'm r-really sorry ❞ sobbed asahi
jaehyuk rubbed circles into the boy's back.
❝ it's okay sahi. it's okay ❞ whispered jaehyuk
jaehyuk brought asahi's face closer to his and wiped away the tears streaming down his face.
❝ hey hey, come one. just cause you look pretty even when you cry doesn't mean you can cry right now sweets. come on show me a smile ❞
jaehyuk smiled at the japanese. asahi showed a weak smile back letting the warm feeling take over him as he snuggled himself deeper into jaehyuk's arms. maybe he didn't need anything else for now. maybe asahi just needed to be with jaehyuk
