Chapter 5
I rolled my eyes and walked to his house with my hood up so no one can recognize me. After I had showered, and changed I went and sat by my window. I was told my uncle would come and get me for my announcement back. I looked up at the sky and hoped that tonight no fights would break out, no drama, just a good time. My train of thought was suddenly broken when my uncle came knocking
“Riley?”
“Yea?”
“They are ready to announce you”
I sighed and got up, opened my door turned my light off and waited at the top of the stairs for them to say my name.
“Ladies and Gentlemen thank you for coming to this party on short notice but two of our pack members just returned today from very important training, Please welcome back Matthew Castro.”
I was next, I hear wolf whistles and shouts.
“ Thank you all, Its good to be back. Glad to be back actually spending a year training with the most stubborn person is very tiring. Please put your hands together for my niece Riley Castro”
“Show time” I whispered. I walked down the stairs and into the sights of my pack members. I walked onto stage as Chris tried to quite everyone down.
“Its good to be back. Glad to be reunited with my friends, with my pack” I said into the microphone. I would have said more but I didn’t know we had to make a speech.
“Riley here is going to become a pack warrior for away until her work calls her away she will be taking her uncles place among the council warriors and King and Queens warriors. When she returns home she will continue her place among the pack warriors” Chris said proudly.
“Enough of the speeches lest get this party on” Marie said.
I waited for the Alpha and Luna to walk off stage before I did ,after my uncle. When I was on the final step Kiara and Nala showed up.
“We knew it was you when you were out there fighting with us”
“Hey Nala good to see you to” I said giving her a hug
“Its been lonely without you, and Ryan was getting on my last nerve without his sister”
“Where is Ryan?” Did I ever mention my brother Ryan? He was the other pup born before me I don’t know how they found out about me but not Ryan.
