This was requested by @MrEggisPog! Sorry this took so long to get out, I've been pretty busy, but here it is!

Mr. Cheese's POV

"How could you do this?!" Tears were streaming down my face, but I didn't care. The Gentleman simply avoided my gaze and shrugged. "Mr. Cheese, I'm sorry...it's just...I've found someone new. I wanted to be honest with you." His gaze slid over to Mother in the corner of the Among Us lobby. "Oh, so Mother is better than me?" I said angrily. "I've done almost everything you wanted me to, you love me!" "Not anymore." The Gentleman said softly. The he frowned. "Besides, I didn't ask you to ruthlessly murder my ex a while ago." He nodded towards Mr. Egg, who was sitting quietly in a corner of the lobby, clearly trying not to listen in on our conversation. "That's different!" I yelled back. "Mr. Egg's a jerk!" "Listen...Mr. Cheese, maybe our relationship was never meant to be." The Gentleman said seriously.

"Never...meant to be?" I whispered, hardly believing what I was hearing. "But...but..."

The Gentleman was already walking away, leaving me speechless. That had all gone so fast...but The Gentleman made one thing clear—we were no longer a thing. My one true love had just abandoned me for some old lady.

The game started, and I thought miserably, "How could this happen? We were so close!" It just didn't seem possible for our relationship to just be...well, over. Just like that. I absent-mindedly walked from the meeting table in the Cafeteria of the skeld towards Storage, trying to contain my feelings. But as soon as Mother bustled past me, her hand in The Gentleman's hand and her children following her dutifully, I lost it.

Tears spilled down my cheeks as I knelt and curled up next to the Storage wall, hugging my legs. The tears slowly dripped onto my lap with each heartbroken sob.

"Yeah, I know that feeling." A British-accented voice said softly. I looked up and saw Mr. Egg kneeling down beside me, his face full of both pity and unsureness. "Oh, and I suppose you've been dumped this harshly before." I said sarcastically. I was so not in the mood for Mr. Egg today. "Well, actually, yeah, I have." Mr. Egg answered, as if it were obvious. "The Gentleman dumped me too, you know."

I rolled my eyes and looked away. "It's still not the same, Mr. Egg." When Mr. Egg didn't reply, I looked back up again and saw him walking away, his yolk dropping slightly on his head. "Wait!" I called before I could stop myself. Mr. Egg turned back around, and I asked quietly, "Did it hurt? You know, when The Gentleman dumped you?" Mr. Egg paused, then nodded. "More than almost anything in the world." He replied, his voice cracking a little bit.

"I...I'm sorry." I said, feeling honestly a tiny bit sorry for Mr. Egg. Maybe he wasn't all that bad. "I'm sorry too." Mr. Egg said genuinely. "For you, I mean. Not gonna lie, though, who needs The Gentleman anyway? He's always like this—finding someone and then dumping them because he finds someone else he likes better."

I opened my mouth to say something to defend The Gentleman, until I realized with a jolt that Mr. Egg was right. The Gentleman did do that a lot. A surge of anger shot through me. Did that mean I was just another pawn to him? That I was actually nothing to him?

As I pondered this, a body was suddenly reported.

Mr. Egg's POV

I gulped as we were all transported to the meeting table in the Cafeteria. You never knew how the tables could turn with this lobby, especially as an impostor, like I was right now. Captain began dramatically, "Oh my god, people! Mother and Poopyfarts are already dead!"
