Sad News

'I have some extremely sad news, Caitlyn Lupin Black is officially a missing person case and members of the Ministry assume she is dead' Shacklebolt spoke and Percy looked in shock 'she can't be dead' Percy spoke and tears became running down his face 'they only assume since she has been missing for 3 months' he said and everything was in slow motion for Percy, everything in sight was slowing down, they planned their life together the day before she stormed out but now it could be gone for good.

'They want to confirm her as dead' he added on, all heads turned to Percy who was shaking and walked out the room to his bedroom where he would cry until there were no emotions left.

'You have a lot of explaining to do Oliver' George said looking at him 'Caitlyn is confirmed as a missing person and you were the last person she was seen with, what happened after she left that night Wood' George asked and Oliver looked to the floor not wanting to speak.

'Oliver Wood' and member of the Ministry appeared 'yea' he spoke 'you are under arrest for the suspension of missing person case of Caitlyn Lupin Black, please come with us' the got him and Shacklebolt was surprised because he didn't send them, but he didn't want this to happen either.

// 2 days later//

Percy walked downstairs and sat beside Ginny 'Percy, Oliver was arrested' Ginny spoke and his head shot up 'for what' he totally forgot 'they think he is the one that got Caitlyn missing' Ginny spoke quietly not wanting to wake the others 'that's crazy' Ron spoke looking at the two 'is it' Percy spoke not really surprised 'what does that mean' Ginny questioned.

'Nine out of ten disappearances are connected to somebody unknown' Percy spoke and anger rose between Ginny and Ron 'so what you're saying is that Oliver did it' Ron shouted at him 'well Bill said he was the last one to be seen with Caitlyn' Percy calmly spoke to him 'that doesn't mean anything Perce' Ginny said trying to calm him down.

'Think about it, Oliver hasn't got the best history after their breakup' Percy spoke looking at the records 'what' Ginny spoke 'I'm just saying Ginny' Perce spoke seeing Ginny stand up in horror 'Oliver did nothing to Caitlyn end of story' Ginny spoke up and left the room in anger.

//Ministry//

Auther went on his normal job to the Ministry and passed the cells 'Mr. Weasley' he heard someones name 'I didn't do it you gotta believe me' he saw Oliver standing behind bars 'my son's girlfriend is missing and assumed dead by the ministry because of you' he spoke to Oliver trying not to shout 'come on don't lie to me' he then spoke softly to Oliver.

'Look Mr. Weasley I know after our break up I didn't have a good past. But I would never hurt her' Oliver spoke with tears 'you were last seen with her though' Auther spoke 'I was dropping her off at your house' Oliver spoke looking down at the ground.

//Flashback, aka storytime//

'Everything okay' Oliver spoke to Caitlyn who seemed to be crying 'yea I just got into a fight with Harry can we just go' she spoke to him in a hurry.

//real time//

'And that was the last time I saw her' he explained 'wait a second she was fighting with Harry' Auther questioned him 'well that's what she told me' by this time Auther was running out of time and Oliver was in the wrong place 'damn it' Auther whispered underneath his breath.

'Wait you don't this Harry has something to do with this' Oliver questioned him.

After that conversation, Mr. Weasley found himself at Hogwarts to speak with now Professor Harry Potter DADA.

'Harry' he spoke looking at him 'yea' Harry looked at Auther from his bed 'were you and Caitlyn fighting the last time you saw her' he questioned trying to get every detail.

'Well yea, I mean I guess you can call it a fight... why' he then questioned 'what were you exactly fighting about, I just need to know for my son's sake' Auther added on 'that's really none of your business is it now' he spoke tilting his head a bit 'wait a second you didn't think I did it' he added on.

'I'm only asking you a question' Auther said to Harry seeming quite frustrated now 'she is the only family I have left Auther' he then stood up to walk to Auther 'you still could of done it knowing your past' Auther said and the tension was rising between the two of them.

'And where's the proof' a smirk raised on Harry's face revealing a dark side to him 'well we have none at the moment' Auther stated 'come and accuse me when you do thank you, now I have a class to teach' Harry got up and walked passed him.

'Harry' AUther called him back 'I will find out who did this' he spoke 'how do we know it wasn't you' Harry said with a head tilt 'because I wouldn't do this to her or my son' he spoke to Harry 'I'm only asking' Harry mimicked Auther.

Auther got back home though and hanged his coat up 'I'm telling you, Molly, we need proof' he heard someone talk to his wife 'you went and saw Oliver and Harry didn't you' it was Shackbolt 'of course I did, I'm doing what any good dad would do for his son' Auther spoke protecting himself.

'Caitlyn and Harry got in a fight and Oliver was picking her up, Harry could have done something, Ginny wasn't with him, he was alone' Auther spoke 'he wouldn't hurt her though' Ginny spoke up 'we never knew what happened to those too after battle' Auther spoke making Ginny angry 'he wouldn't do it dad' she shouted 'how would you know' he shouted back 'because I was there the night they had their fight' she spoke then ran out the room to go upstairs.

'What if she isn't missing what if she's captured... I was talking to Charlie about this, he thinks that she's been captured like one of his dragons last week' Bill spoke and Percy looked at him 'last week, she's been missing since last week' Percy said trying to put the dots together 'this is going to be a hard one to solve, but we can't declare her dead' Percy added on and stood up to go to his room to do some research and digging in the process.
