Janelle watched as Both Marcus and Daniel do Twin cartwheel but than Marcus did another cartwheel and He started to throw Punches and kicks and Daniel was just standing There crossing His arms and Daniel was just looking at Marcus and Janelle sigh and-

"No, Again, Work together guys" Said Janelle and Both Daniel and Marcus walked backwards and The Two of Them did a Twin Cartwheel again and They Both started throw Punches and Kicks and They stand in position.

The Little adorable Crystal was running past all of The swinging punching bags with Her Two Sidekicks and The Three of Them managed without getting hit by Them and than Crystal and Her Two Sidekicks was jumping on the bouncing ball but than Both Adam Crystal got into eachother's way and-

"Hey! Hey! Hey! Wrong Way! You're little sidekicks got in the way!" Said Adam but than Crystal got angry and Now She turn into Her evil side "Sara" Sara is Crystal's mean side, So Sara had taken over Crystal's body and So The little angry Girl and Her Sidekicks started to charged After Adam and Adam screamed in fear but than Daniel ran over to Crystal and started to hold Crystal tightly but than Crystal continued to Run After Adam and-

"Cristy! Stay calm!" Said Janelle but Crystal keeps running After Adam and She didn't listen to Janelle. So Janelle quickly ran over to Crystal and Janelle gently grabbed Crystal's shoulder and-

Janelle looked at Adam and She saw that Adam was hiding behind Chase and-

"It's fine now" Said Janelle and Adam came out running and He started to train again.
