Chapter 1

After the grounder went through the anomaly, she remembered what Gabriel had said.

"we have to hold our hands together, or we'll arrive months later! This is how the anomaly works."

Soon the water ran into her lungs, and Echo had to rise to the surface before she drowned. Gabriel and Hope too. The grounder looked around, what kind of planet is this? She wondered.

Suddenly she heard the younger girl's voice.

"welcome to Skyring."

Echo rolled her eyes as she began swimming towards shore. Her clothes wet with hers. "wow, very creative I must say.". "I was 5, what did you expect?"

"wow girls calm down, we've only been here for 2 minutes." Gabriel's voice attracted the attention of the two girls.

Hope without saying a word started running.

"Hope, wait!" Echo had never seen a human run so fast, the grounder struggled to run after her. She struggles because she felt something strange down there, but she didn't think much about it and she kept running.

The younger girl stopped in front of a hut. "this is your house?" Echo asked. "Octavia said you were smart."

Without other words, Hope entered the cabin with Echo and Gabriel.

Echo was feeling uncomfortable and wet in her clothes, so she took off her jacket. But as she was looking down, she saw something very weird. She now understands why she couldn't run. A bulge could be seen through her leggings.

"how..how did this happen?" She wondered.

Hope and Gabriel were talking to each other, the grounder didn't pay attention to what they were saying because she had to understand why she had a penis. Was it the anomaly changed her body? No...it's absurd, it's impossible.

Dismissing these thoughts, Echo put her jacket around her hips trying to cover the thing between her legs. Is this what it feels like to have a penis? This is fucking awful. The grounder was struggling to walk.

"Echo! Echo are you there?"

Hope's voice made her wake from her thoughts. Gabriel looked at her worried. "are you ok?" The younger girl tried to get close to Echo to see what's wrong, but Echo took a few steps back.

"of course, yes I'm fine." no I'm not fine, she told herself. Echo absolutely have to talk to Gabriel about it, maybe he knows what to do. But she doesn't have to arouse suspicion, so she'll ask when she's alone with him.

Hope pulled out the sheet with the anomaly code, took the key, and opened a small door on the wooden floor. Echo, Hope, and Gabriel went downstairs.

Hope lit the room with pitchforks, in the middle was the anomaly stone.

The grounder was lost in her thoughts again. How she can control that thing down there? Why now she was looking at Hope? Somehow, she liked the girl. But it's absurd, she doesn't even know her. She barely knows her. Hope for her is a child.

"no, no no!"

Echo looked in the direction that Hope was saying, the younger girl holding the paper. It was wet. "we can't go anywhere now."

Oh no this can't happen..Tired of it all, Echo went up the stairs and out of the hut. She needed some fresh air.

The grounder was sitting outside the hut in the garden. She was hearing what Hope and Gabriel were saying, apparently maybe Gabriel can have the paper read.

Suddenly she heard the cabin door open.

"hey, are you ok?" the younger girl said, sitting down next to Echo.

Echo had a small flower in her hand, playing with the flower in her fingers. "sure, I'm fine."

Hope put a hand on her shoulder and gave her a small smile. Echo felt something move between her legs and her face went red. She stood up suddenly, making the girl worry.

The grounder does not know how to control that thing, so in order not to arouse suspicion she tried to be as normal as possible by giving her a big smile. "I've never been good in my entire life, I'm sure Gabriel will be able to dry the paper and we could save your family!"

"o..kay" Hope said strangely. She stood up and gave Echo a small hug. "let's go back inside."

Echo was extremely uncomfortable. The bulge got bigger, was Hope causing this to her?

As they walked back into the cabin, Hope sat in the chair taking off her jacket. The grounder saw how big her breasts were and she walked out of the hut again.

Now that Hope was inside the cabin, Echo was left alone with Gabriel. It's the right time to tell him.

She coughed to get the man's attention. "Gabriel, can I tell you something?" The grounder said nervously as she sat down on the landing.

"sure, tell me everything." Gabriel put the bucket of water on the ground and sat down next to Echo.

"Is it possible that the anomaly can change your body?" Echo looked down, she was embarrassed.

Gabriel looked up at the sky, trying to understand what her friend was saying. "yes, it is possible. Why? What is the problem?"

Echo blushed and looked at him. "I...I have a penis. That was when we went through the anomaly."

Gabriel's eyes widened in surprise. He now understands the reason why Echo always had a jacket around her hips, or why she wore big jeans. It was because she was covering her penis.

"well...this is a big problem."
