i didnt know what i just did to y/n. i kissed them. not directly but i did. i ran my fingers through my hair trying to find a way to say sorry? i dont know. what did i even do. did she even enjoy it? so many thoughts were going throw my head. the thoughts stoped in my head when i heard a knock at my door. i didnt say anything. i heard something slide though the bottom of the door.

you wrote a note and slid it under captains door. it was basically saying how didnt mind the kiss and you hoped he didnt make a big dear out of it. captain was relieved and laid back in his chair running his fingers through his hair. he sat there. then a smile came on his face.

you sat on the other side of the door thinking of the worse things possible. did he not accept? he was the one who kissed you... you were at a lost of words until you got a text on your phone. you looked down at it and it was from captian.

hey! i got your note. nothing to worry about and thank you for clarifying that for me ;)

the winky face made you blush a little at you got up with a smile on your fave and walked back to your room. you felt a lot better knowing that he didnt care as much. you were walking in the halls smiling. not noticing how late it was, you just kept walking. until you notice a larger pair of steps coming from behind you. you kept walking but walked a little faster. you starting thinking bad again until you heard a voice.

"i cant run forever y/n!"

you turn around and it was captain trying to keep up with your speed. you started laughing and walked back towards him.

"i've been trying to get to you all night~!"

he said whispering in your ear. your face went red and you punched him in the arm. he started laughing but you didnt think it was funny.

"awww only joking with you!"

he says as he brings you in into a hug. the hug felt nice. you almost didnt want to let go. as you accepted your defeat, you hugged him back. he picked you up and started walking to your room. you snuggled into his neck and his shoulder. he finally made it to your room and he gently placed you on the bed. you didnt let go of his body.

"whats this about?"

"i want to make up for what sniper and i did."

his face got a little red because he was embarrassed.

"i just got really jealous..."

you brought him in closer and at this point he just fell into the bed with you.

"can i atleast change?"

he started laughing. you hugged his chest and then he accepted his defeat. he laid on the bed next to you. you both didnt say a word as you were curled up on his chest and he was strolling his fingers through your hair.

"i love you john."

he blushed even more and tried to hide his face.

"i love you to, y/n."

you drifited off into your sleep. when you woke up, you remember your dream.

you sighed and got mad at yourself. you knew captain liked you but why did you dream of him? you looked at your clock and it was around time to wake up. you got up still thinking about that dream. you put on clothes to wear under your uniform to save time and then you went to get coffee. steve was there, but captain wasnt. you looked around and looked back at steve who was sipping away on his coffee.

"were is captain?"

you asked.  steve took another big gulp of his coffee and responded with

"he has cold."

you stomach sank. you felt bad for him.

"is he ok?"

"yeah! its just a little flu. he should he better in 2 days."

"thats great."

you walked over and made yourself a cup of coffee.

"why are you so worried about him?"

said steve with a smirk. you got a little red and responded with,

"can i talk to you about something? like a little secret?"

"sure! im pretty decent at keeping secrets"

you gave him a angry look and he started laughing.

"im sorry im sorry, whats up?"

you say down with both of your hands cuffing your coffee.

"i dont know how to put this..."

steve sat there patiently waiting for a answer. you looked up at him and just said it.

"iv been dreaming about captain..."

steve squealed. he made you feel more embarrassed then you already did.

"ok im like really bad at keeping secrets but so does captain! he tells me ever morning about it. like, just you! he loves you!"

your face got a little red but you were relieved and happy. you scratched the back of your head.

"yeah that does make me feel better..."

"oh yeah, we dont have to train today. if captains not around then we cant because last time we trained without captain.... didn't go well..."

you laughed a little at that.

"so were is captain? i wanna visit him."

you asked steve. he didnt question it and brought you to the nurses room. it was like a mini hospital. i guess that would come in handy in war...
you walked into the room and there was even more doors. you didnt know how big the place was. there was a desk at the end of the hall with a lady sitting behind the desk. the lady looked up at you and smiled. you started walking towards her. she looked very happy and her desk was not the cleanest. but she ask in a  southern accent,

"what can i getcha sweetie?"

"what room is captain in?"

"room 7!"

she pointed behind you

"thanks!"

"no problem darlin"

you walked over to his room and open the door....
