you and captain went your separate ways to get
ready to go to the store. you put on a comfortable pair of shorts and a baggy sweater. it had your favorite band imprinted on the front of it. you put on your favorite pair of shoes and brushed your hair. you stood in front of mirror and admired yourself for a second. you did a few poses to make sure you REALLY like the outfit.
during a pose, you heard a knock at the door. you jumped a little, and you heard a voice outside the door.
"you ready?"
you heard captain out there.
"yeah! one second..."
you grabbed your bag and your phone. you threw your bag over your shoulder and the the phone in your other hand. you walked out side your room and seen captain there smiling looking around. once you opened the door, captain looked at you.
"you ready?"
"yep!"
you said hopping out of your room. you closed the door behind you and locked it. captain sat there patiently. once you were done, you looked back over to him. he lifted his head and smiled at you. you smiled back. you both started walking towards the vehicles.
you both got there within a few minutes. captain went on the passenger sides and opened the door for you.
"thank you!"
you said blushing a bit.
"your welcome!"
he closed the door once you sat down in your seat. you buckled in while captain was walking over to the drivers side. captain plopped into the car and buckled in. he turned the car on and looked over at you.
"ready?"
"yep!"
captain took the gear and shifted it into driving. the car jerked a little but then you guys were off.
"it's gonna take around 10 minutes...is that okay?"
"of course!"
it was nice having it be only you and captain. steve was like a third wheel and he made it everybody's business that he was.
"it's peaceful without steve!"
you said laughing. captain agreed with you and started laughing to. captain used one of his hands to turn on a song on the radio.

you and captain turned to face the radio once you both heard the song.
"a classic!"
