you and captain were alone.
captain laid on his side to were he was facing you. you did the same. you looked at him as he immediately fell into a deep sleep. he snored softly and his hair all in his face. you smiled as you got a little pink from looking at him. you laid back on the spare couch they had in the room and drifted off into sleep.

in the middle of the night you woke up to shuffling during the night. you thought it was nothing until you kept hearing it. it started to bother you so you got up to find the noise. you got up and started to look around. letting your eyes adjust to the dark. you squinted your eyes to read the clock.

2:49

you sighed and got up and followed the shuffling noise. you stoped and looked at captains bed. he kept tossing and turning. you slowly walked towards him and he was whispering your name. you were confused. you stood by him and your name he was saying kept getting louder and louder. you shook him a bit and he immediately got up. he sat up and he was sweating and breathing heavy

"you ok...?"

he looked at you and started tearing up he jumped up and hugged you. you bent down to his bed so he didnt have to get up. he really just dragged you down to his level. he was sobbing on your shoulder. you didnt know what to do. you started to rub his back and his crying died down. he pulled away from you and looked into your eyes.

"i had a nightmare... you..died and...steve did to.."

he said choking on his tears in between his lines. you pulled him back in and he started sobbing in you shoulder again.

"its ok... we are still here.. its just a dream."

his crying died down and he looked back up at you.

"can you lay with me?"

your face got a little red.

"can i what?"

"lay with me..."

he sounded a little embarrassed. and so were you.

"y-...yeah..."

he scooted over and you laid down next to him. you back was facing him and you were uncomfortable. before you knew, captain wrapped his arms around you and his large body was surrounding you. your face was really dark crimson color. you didn't know what to do. he pulled your body closer towards him. you laid there, not knowing what to do. he nuzzled his head into your neck and his hot breaths started to make you shiver.

"whats wrong?"

you heard him groan out. he sounded really tired and you could tell he was crying.

"n-nothing."

he brought you closer when you didnt even know that was possible and he kept breathing on you.

"i love you..y'know that?"

"did that medication h-have something in it? why are you sayin-"

before you could say anything else, he covered your mouth with his hand. gently.

"shh... its.. ok..."
