Suddenly

Suddenly my world shifted

It was at the sight of your smile

Your hand held hers at the very time

You stole my heart

Innocently, I wanted you to be mine

I believed you and your words

Slowly pulling me into your world

The one you knew so well

An expert at navigating

Although it's new

I felt I could trust you

Boy was I wrong

I let us go on for so long

Not knowing it was sick

Not knowing you did this for kicks

If you were there you'd know it was sudden 

We met and it was set in stone

I was yours, no discussion, I'm prone

Prone to love, to care to be yours

I had no choice, left here with no voice
