Quirk: Teleportation (kind of similar to Kurogiri but instead of opening actual portals, she disappears in space)
Pros:
She can open up portals though the air. She usually just goes from one place to the other so it doesn't waste much energy. She can also bring people with her but she has to be either holding onto them or they have to be holding her. She can also touch a person and see the locations that they have been to, and later she can go to those locations if she wants. She can also keep track of the locations and see through them as if it were a live camera. It is very helpful when she wants to keep an eye on something or someone. She can teleport to different angles of a person if she were to be in a battle. (Just imagine that one battle sequence in Infinity War where Strange is opening portals and everyone is jumping from one to the other)

Cons:
Depending on how far the location is, there is an amount of energy wasted. Even if bringing people is good in certain situations, they have to be in direct contact with her. If someone is holding onto someone that is holding onto her, they won't be able to go through. Bringing people require a bigger portal so that also takes energy. Mostly nothing can hold her back from teleporting but certain types of metals can. This is another obstacle when bringing people. Some costumes have types of metals that she isn't compatible with.

Personality: Usually very grumpy. She is often glaring at people as if her life depended on it. She likes kids even if she doesn't really want one of her own and likes to annoy other people when she is in an ok mood. Has a dislike for heroes (there are some who she actually admired and likes but she won't admit).

Physical appearance: She has blue hair with some blonde strokes in her bangs (she was born like that). Her eyes are a dark blue that can flash to red when she wants to intimidate someone (a minor quirk she got from her mother's family. She can actually flash multiple colors on her irises, but she thinks red is scary and scaring people is fun). She is quite tall (1,70cm) and had a skinny frame. She has quite a few piercings on her ears, one across her right brow and one pearl on her tongue. She has a scratch scar across her left eye, going from above her eyebrow to a little before her nose.

Family: Passed away before she got to middle school.

Villain costume: A school girl skirt (she may have or may have not stole it from Toga), a kind of tight white button up long sleeve shirt. A hardness that goes from around her rib cage, above her waist, with two straps that go around her shoulders and connect at the back. Another harness on her thigh (but this one holds her dagger). Some combat boots. Hair not tied up. She also has a traditional Fox mask that covers from her nose up.

League: League of villains

Backstory: When she was young her parents passed away and she decided to become a hero to make them proud. She was in the same class as the big three (not yet the Big Three) and she actually got along with them really well. Some days before the internships began (right after the school festival) she was kidnapped on her way to school and no one ever heard of her again.

She was kept and used by the League until they finally though she was useful on her own. She killed many and was considered a pretty dangerous villain.

Plot: When Bakugo was caught, Haruko had been in charge of watching over him as they went over what to do with the UA student. To the surprise of Bakugo, she had dialed a call to the police station and confirmed the location of Bakugo. The blonde student stared confused as she started talking to herself after she finished the call. Muttering about how annoying everyone was.

Later after the battle, she turned herself in to the police station, mostly because she was already surrounded (even though she could just teleport away). Aizawa was shocked over the fact that she wanted to talk to him and even more shocked when he saw that she was his ex student.

He then came to learn that she had helped Bakugo because she saw herself in him and in his situation. But that at least he was able to be saved from that place unlike her. She had been jealous of Bakugo because he had been saved not only by the heroes but by his friends as well, unlike her who disappeared in thin air.

Requirements:
•She got the scar that's on her eye, after a fight with Dabi when they first met. After, they stayed on really bad terms, even though they worked together.
