CHAPTER 7 DINNER

JENNIE POV

We are now here in Manoban's house. Their house is really big just like our house but the difference is that it is giving me a light vibe which is relaxing and comfortable unlike our house that is always dark. Her mom is preparing many foods that's why me,irene,rosie and nayeon helping her while the other are watching Avengers in the living room.

"Girls like you are the girls who need to be treasure" Mom said while smiling to us. We smile and start chopping the ingredients.

"So irene, how long you and seulgi now?" Mom asked. We are shocked and giggle at the same time.

"Uhmm ma'am..." Irene is nervous right now.

"Don't call me ma'am. Just MOM" She said exaggerating her words. We giggle because she really don't want formality.

"We are almost 2 years" Irene honestly said. We all smirk at her also lisa's mom.

"That is long, so did the two of you did something? You know like uhmm sexy thing." Mom asked that made our jaw dropped because of what she ask. She laugh seeing our face.

"Come on girls, it's normal. When im still in your same age, i always do that to lisa's father" WE ARE REALLY SHOCK. She laugh more.

"Im just kidding" She said tapping irene's shoulder who is really shocked. We all sighed in relief. We start cooking and she is telling us what lisa do when she was a kid, how she cries because the baseball team loose and how she wink on the girls in the school when she was in  kindergarten. She is also telling us what does lisa do and her friends here in their house.

"Wendy always forced lisa to go to party but i didn't allow them and scold them" She said while cooking the pasta.

"So you just let them play Xbox?" Nayeon asked. Mom just laugh and look at us.

"Nope, but i told them that if they never stop forcing lisa then she will leave the team" Mom said. Well she is right but the thing is why she is so protective?

"I know you guys were wondering why Im so protective towards lisa. Well,because she is still a girl and i don't want something happen to her especially when all of them also get drunk" Mom said putting the pasta in a big plate. We all nod because that's true. We are still chitchatting when someone held my waist from the back. Oh, so touchy?

"Are you guys finish?" She asked. Im sitting on a tall chair while she is standing behind me still holding my waist. Mom looked at her.

"Were still preparing foods, sweetie" Mom said while mixing the sauce. I look at her sideways.

"I thought you guys are watching?" I asked with my low voice.

"I'm bored" She whisper on my ears that made me feel tingle.

"Why? Watching movie is fun" still in low voice.

"I've watched it 10x" She said looking at me. I just giggle a little but when i stop giggling she start tickling my waist side that made me move a little bit in my chair.

"Stoop" i said shouting in a low voice. She just smile ang continue tickling me. I just giggle silently holding my mouth so no one can hear me. The girls were busy preparing the plates while me doing a good drink still in my chair but lisa didn't stop tickling me that made me out of focused. She didn't mind that her mom is just in front of me.

"Lisa,stop tickling jennie" She said while cooking a soup. Lisa stopped and i sighed because i can't take the way how she tickle me.

"Then i will tickle you" She said and run towards her mom and she start it. Her Mom is stopping her but lisa still continue doing it. I saw how the two of them smile and laugh that made me feel happy and sad because i was envious that i wish i have a happy family like her family. Her dad saw them and join lisa tickling her mom, i just watching them and then lisa look at me and walks toward me.

"Are you okay?" She asked and sit in fron of me. I just nod and smile.

"Okay dad, stop now because our visitor is already hungry" Mom said as she fix herself. We go to the table and when jimin is going to steal the chicken,Rosie start the prayer and we all chuckle because of jimin. We start eating and all of it is delicious.

"So, what is your plan after this?" Lisa's Dad asked.

"Well it's just 7 pm so you have more hours to spend" Mom said while looking at their wall clock.

"Jeongyeon have a night party but maybe just cancel it and spend the night here with lisa" Moonbyul said eating her pasta.

"No, i know you invite many students and you can't just cancel it because of me" Lisa defensed. I saw the team smiling towards lisa and they shook their heads.

"Were fine" They said in unison. I really love their friendship,because of lisa they become more behave and avoidance in party.

"Is jennie going with you?" Lisa's Mom asked. They all look at me.

"Yes ma'am, i mean Mom" I answered.

"Then lisa can go in that party" She said and we all look shock including Dad. She laugh so hard because od our faces.

"What? If jennie comes then lisa also, i can trust jennie for guarding my daughter from alcohol" She said eating the pasta.

"So you don't have trust in us?" Seulgi said while pouting, irene pinch her side that made her whined.

"I have, but when all of you get drunk well that's the issue." She said smiling towards us.

"And lisa is not allowed to drink... She can't... Never" Dad seriously said. We all nod and smile at lisa. We finish our dinner and fix our things, we are leaving their house when Mom call me.

"Jennie, don't let lisa drink or smell cigarettes okay?" She said. I smile and nod as we hug each other. They all go first while lisa and i in the last. While driving i talk to her.

"Mom is really strict about you" I said looking at her. She nod.

"Why? I mean, she said that it's normal to experience that but why they don't allow you?" I asked her looking straight at her eyes.

"I don't know." She coldly replied.

"Are you okay?" I asked her as i caress her arm.

"Yeah" She answered. Since we talked about the party she never talk again or even move a little. She just smile at me and hold the top of my hand and caress it. I smile and interlock our hands, this is the first time seeing her so cold since she court me. She is always energetic and happy, talkative and very charming but now it's new for me that she act so cold. Maybe she's tired.

"Are you tired? Do you want to comeback home? I will tell them and sure they will understand it" I asked and offer her.

"I'm not. Im okay, dont worry" She answered and smile at me.

There is something wrong about her. Why she's not allowed, why in weekend she's not available and why...  No! Stop thinking about things. Im sure she is just a good and well mannered girl.
