I was looking out the window off my dads  car to a whole new country and a life...

Allow me to introduce myself I'm y/n l/n and I'm really uh- let's just say clumsy-.. but let me introduce you to my family before we move on! Langa l/n is my step brother my dad got married to my new stepmom. I'm proud of him because it was hard for him to move on after my mom died.. but we don't talk about that I've moved on! But I do miss Hawaii and surfing there with my mom.. but back to the story!
Me and langa were just looking out the window not interacting much but then our parents told us we're going to be in the same school and class which gives me more time to get along with langa! But it seems like our parents keep forgetting about us from time to time- such love birds.. when we were at stop I saw a red head, he kinda looked like an angry bird lol but he looked at me and we locked eye contact for a moment until we passed him because the light turned green. Once we arrived to our new home in Japan I got my bag and sleeping bag because the moving truck would arrive in the morning, because it was already 12;00 am so I had to get at least 5 hours of sleep because tomorrow we have school. I layed my sleeping bag and told everyone goodnight before I fell asleep.
I woke up tired but I got up and did my eyeliner because I gotta look good for the first day of school 🙄🤚 I got my backpack and ate my breakfast with my family, but once I was done and langa was too we raced to the school. I barely won him but when we went into the classroom I saw him! I saw the same red head I saw in the night! I stared at him until the teacher told us to come in and introduce ourselves. I was sitting in front of the red head kid but he passed me a note and it said
"You seem cool wanna be friends"
I wrote -
"Sure"
And handed him the note back I went back to studying in class
Time skip to after school cuz school aint cool 😩🤚
I got up from my seat and looked at langa he gave a sign to follow him so we walked out the school and we went looking for jobs. I waited for langa to see if he got the job but the red head was running trying to get something...?
A odd board rolled to my legs and I picked it up
"Hey! Thanks for grabbing my skateboard"
I looked at him confused and pointed at the odd board. He nodded as said it was a skateboard. By the time he got his skateboard langa came out I asked him how it went
"I didn't get the job, the guy said I was to young"
Reki looked at us surprised
"Hey you can come work with me! The boss is looking for new workers"
We looked at him and langa just stared at him I obviously said yes but langa was hesitant at first but I assured him that it's going to be ok!
"But before that wanna learn how to ride a skateboard?"
We looked at him again and nodded and got on it and fell but then some girls from our school came and laughed
"Oh look it's the two eyed freak! I bet she doesn't even have a mom to teach her how to hide it!"
I held my tears but they just walked away. Reki and langa looked at me
"Hey it's alrighti think your eyes are super cool!"
Langa nodded
"Thanks guys..."
I got up and tried to get on the skateboard. It kinda worked but then someone poped up behind Reki
"Oh hey boss! These newbies want to work with us!"
He looked at us and we nodded he said "sure I need you guys to leave a skateboard at s"
"Whats s?"
Reki looked at me and said
"ITS ONLY THE MOST COOLEST THING EVER ILL TELL YOU GUYS ABOUT IT!"
Langa stepped infront of me
"You could tell us later we have to go."
Langa grabbed my hand and we walked home. I looked at langa and he looked... angry...? I've never seen him like this before.. he's normally calm.
"He gives off bad vibes"
I looked at him in shock
"Don't worry we will be ok he seems cool!"

Time skip to the night and when they got the badge 🌝✨

We had borrowed my dads car and picked up Reki with the skateboard
"You got the skateboard?"
"Yeah!"
We had got there and turns out it was the wrong skateboard
" I AINT RIDING THAT STUPID SKATEBOARD "
I looked at him and grabbed the skateboard.
"I'll do it, I mean how hard could it be?"
Reki looked at me shocked
"YOU CANT BEAT SHADOW ITS IMPOSSIBLE!"
"Might just give it a shot"
I went up to the start and got on the board, I was shocked I was standing on it! It reminded me of surfboarding when I started I pushed myself like if I was surfing.
It felt fun... something I haven't felt in a while.. I was happy...
in the end I won this guy shadow. Reki was cheering and langa was happy I won.

*time skip to 8 months later*

Me and langa were racing but we had tied. I had started developing feelings for Reki... but when he went to get water I saw he was upset of something... I walked over to him and put my hand on his shoulder to ask him if he's ok, but he just pushed my hand off... I looked at him in shock
"Get out of my way, I'll be going now"
I stared at him in disbelief and miya noticed that I was standing there, and I started to tear up while Reki walked away. Miya just stared at me but i just stood there for the rest of the time crying. Langa came to me and asked if I was ok
"Yeah, totally"
You look at langa
"I'll just go home don't worry.."
He looked at me but I just started to run away. After a while i bummed into someone wearing a hoodie I looked up at them and-....
