It was half way through the movie when Hongjoong turned towards San, lightly tapping his shoulder to gain his attention.

"What's up, Joong?" San whispered as he leaned to his right to get closer to his friend.

"Everything alright with Seonghwa?"

"All cool, why?"

"Well I saw you two talked in private earlier, I thought maybe he talked to you about how he feels about you and Yeosang's situation?"

"How he feels? He's fine with it, no?"

"It pisses him off that he's not the one comforting Yeosang" Hongjoong chuckled not noticing the expression forming on his friend's face.

"I mean I know he really likes Yeosang and all, but he shouldn't have said those things about you, you're a good friend to both of them. But you know, jealousy is a bitch" Hongjoong focused his attention back on the movie whereas San bit his tongue in annoyance, his eyes staring at the screen but not seeing anything that was displayed on it.

Forty minutes later the movie ended and the lights were switched back on as everyone fumbled around, trying to find their shoes, sweaters and other belongings. 

Jongho immediately started talking about the movie, Yunho and Seonghwa joining instantly. San took his phone and went to wait for his friends at the end of the stairs. 

"Where's San?" Mingi grabbed his coat and helped Hongjoong with his belongings before looking around.

"He was next to me not long ago" Jongho turned around looking for the ravenette.

"Guys, there he is" Yunho pointed to a few rows down.

"Why is he there?"

"Maybe he's in a hurry?" Jongho said.

"Who knows, let's go" All the boys nodded and made their way to the bottom of the stairs and towards the exit.

08:42 pm

The six boys walked out and Seonghwa took San apart by walking a bit behind the four other boys.

"Are you okay? Why are you acting so strange?"

"Why didn't you tell me you were pissed at me for hanging around Yeosang?" 

Seonghwa was taken aback by the younger's question but didn't scare away.

"Because I know there's nothing going on between you two and that if he chose you as his confident, there must be a reason. There's nothing I can do about that"

"But then you shouldn't go around saying mean things about me, I'm your friend"

"I know. I'm sorry, San. I didn't mean any of the things I said"

"Okay then" 

Seonghwa looked at the elder walk away, he felt ashamed of what he had said the past few days.  He sighed, San was his friend and he should've held his tongue instead of making him feel bad. 

The boys talked for a few minutes, resting against their cars until everyone headed back home to crash.

For the past few days Mingi had been observing his friends's behavior, whether it was Wooyoung being hurt by San's constant absence, Seonghwa's frustration with his inability at helping his friends or San's struggle to keep his private life and social life balanced.
