Yeosang parked his car in front of his house and stepped out along with San, they took a few steps towards the porch when they noticed six figures were waiting for them on the steps of the house.
"Oh god" The brunette whispered.
"It's going to be fine, Yeosang. Let them in, just be honest and tell them the truth" Sand spoke softly so that only his friend could hear him.
"No more secrets and lies, Yeosang. We want to know the truth, we deserve it" Wooyoung was the first to speak, his voice was serious yet calm. The two boys reached up to them and exhaled.
"You're right, come on in guys"
Mingi looked at San and back at Yeosang, this was it, the moment of truth.
"Something's different here"
All six boys entered the house and Yunho turned on the lights.
"No shit, sherlock"
"My mother left" Yeosang deadpanned.
The boys looked at each other not knowing how to react to the other's statement. All of them now understood just much they had messed up over the weeks and they each hoped they could take it all back.
"She took off with her boyfriend and lives in Seoul right now, I found out the day we came back from the trip. San was with me and so he's known since the start. If it had been up to me I wouldn't have told any of you, it's not about trust or preference, I simply deal with my problems by myself, I don't whine or complain, I endure.
It may be stupid, but it's me. I'm sorry if some knew and others didn't, but I didn't tell anyone, they found out on their own. Mingi found out when he found me passed out on the front porch late at night because I hadn't been sleeping or eating and Jongho lives next door, how could he not know"
Neither San nor any of the boys expected such an honest answer but weren't surprise seeing how the brunette was known for his direct ways. Since no word could ever equal the amount of shame and sadness the boys were feeling, they each came closer to Yeosang, sitting down with him on the floor.
One by one, they apologized and hugged the boy as well as apologized to each other for all the things they had said or done during that last month.
"It's okay guys, you don't have to keep apologizing or feel guilty about what's happened to me, it's not your fault. I'm sorry too, I made all of you feel bad and it was never my intentions..." Yeosang fiddled with his rings and looked at his friends who smiled back.
"Let's forget the whole thing, yeah?"
"Gladly, Wooyoung" Just as those words escaped Yeosang's lips, the lights in the house went out. "So, I guess this would be a good time to tell you I haven't paid the electric bill"
Yunho laughed along with the others but could feel a small pain in his heart, poor kid.
All the boys lit up the flashlight of their phones and went to look for candles. In less then five minutes the entire living room was lit by only the dim light of the twenty or more candles the boys had placed here and there.

Mingi was sitting down on the rug with his back leaning against the couch, Hongjoong was sitting between his legs with his back buried in his boyfriend's chest. Jongho was sitting on the ground as well, next to Yeosang and Wooyoung.
They each had grabbed a pillow and a huge blanket. On the sofa, Yunho had his head comfortably resting on Seonghwa's thighs, the elder boy was sitting on the couch, his body leaning against San's who was in the corner of couch.
