Unexpected Interview

Henry's POV

Ray and I got an emergency that says that someone's dog fell into the water by the Jandy Bridge.

The dog was barking hard, which leaded to other dogs hearing the barking. Three other dogs ran towards the barking. They ran so fast that it was difficult for them to stop, so they all fell into the water.

We got the dogs out of the freezing water. The vet had already been called and was already there.

After we got the dogs out, we got ourselves out. When we were on the bridge, we were met with a hard, cold gust of wind. I wrapped my arms around myself, trying to keep myself warm, but it didn't really help. I was shivering and my teeth were clattering.

The vets ran toward us. They quickly put the dogs in the bus and got in themselves. One of the vets came towards us. She had brown hair that was in a bun, a brown skin and green eyes.

"Good job Captain Man and Kid Danger. I don't think those dogs would've survived if you guys didn't came immediately. Fortunately, dogs have a thick coat and can therefore withstand cold water for a while." The lady vet explained.

"Your welcome. I hope those dogs would be okay." Captain man said back.

"Yeah, they will be okay, don't worry." She said smiling. She looked back at me and probably saw me shivering with my arms wrapped around me. "I think you guys should go back to the man cave. Someone's cold." She said gesturing to me

Captain man looked at me and I looked back at him. He smiled and wrapped his arm around my shoulder.

"Yeah, I think so too. Come on kid." Ray said and I nodded my head.

We walked over to the man van. We were almost there, until we heard someone yelling our names. We turned our heads to see where the yelling came from. We saw Evelyn Hall and the KLVY camera crew running towards us.

"Captain Man! Kid Danger!" Evelyn shouted to get our intention.

Captain man sighed in irritation, but stopped walking, which led to me stopping too.

When Evelyn reached us she turned to the camera.

"3, 2..." the camera man counted.

"I'm here with Captain man and Kid danger, who just saved dogs from drowning." She turned to us. "Captain man, tell me, what kind of dogs were that?" She asked.

Ray rolled his eyes at the stupid question.

"Listen, we just saved dogs out of the freezing water-" we began to walk away. "and kid danger here is pretty cold, so-" Captain man was cut off by Evelyn.

"Just a minute. It will be fast!" She said, trying to stop us from going back to the van.

Ray's POV

"Just a minute. It will be fast!" Evelyn said, trying to stop us from walking away to the van.

I sighed and looked at Henry, who was shivering. I pulled him closer to me to keep him warm.

I groaned and said "okay, fine. Make it quick."

Henry leans into me more. If he's gonna stand here any longer while he's wet and cold, he's gonna be sick.

"Hey kid, why don't you go back to the van and I'll be there in an few minutes ." I said looking at him.

He looks at me and nods. He walks over to the van and gets in.

"Well, Captain man-" Evelyn began again. I didn't listened to what she says next, because I'm looking at Henry in the van. He wraps his arms around himself and puts his feet on the seat with his knees up.
