Chapter 20: Rejected Mates

"Reine, where are we going?"

Y/n asked confused, Reine brought Y/n and her daughters somewhere and they were confused why did Reine bring them there

"We're going to meet important people, they might help us"

Reine replied and opened a door to a room revealing three girls, two vampires, and a werewolves

"How are you, ladies?" Reine asked and took a seat across them

It's the same for Y/n and her daughters

"Well, I kept digging and this is what I found!"

Reine referred the ladies and the mother and the daughters looked at her confused

"Reine, what is the meaning of these? Who are these people?"

Victoria asked with furrowed brows

"We are the mates of your mothers, we were rejected a long time ago"

Their eyes widen in surprise but except Reine, since she knew it ahead of them

"W-Why did they reject you three?"

Y/n asked and the older vampire just shrugged her shoulders with a chuckle left her mouth

"I guess we're not too good enough, but you... you managed to sweep them off their feet"

The werewolf said and it made Y/n guilty

"Don't blame my Mama for this, she didn't know about it"

Dawn mutters while glaring daggers at the ladies

"Kid, I'm not here to blame your Mother. We're here to help in case they'll breach the blood moon pack"

The werewolf said with a smile

"My name is Annalise, I am the former Countess but was rejected by my mate Nadia since she said I wasn't sexy and alluring enough"

Annalise just laughed it off

"That's horrible" Celeste mumbled and her sisters just felt more sorry for the rejected mates

"I'm Ilya and I was just a waitress at the small restaurant that time, where Natasha rejected me in front of everyone else"

Ilya chuckled bitterly as she remembered what happened in the past

Y/n felt horrible just by hearing their stories. Reine tightened her grip on her mate as she felt angrier towards the royal vampires

"And lastly of course me, I am the former Princess of the neighboring country. I am Psyche"

Psyche and Y/n shook hands and she was bewitched by her beauty

"Why did Anastasia rejected you? You're gorgeous all of you are gorgeous"

Y/n said while holding Psyche's hands

"We weren't good enough for them, the reason why Anastasia rejected me is that she liked my older sister more and she doesn't want me since I am the prostitute's daughter"

Psyche smiled sadly and the twins hatred for their mother rises and by the look of it. They won't forgive them

"So I hope we can help if the time comes, thank you for your time. Alpha Reine"

Psyche bowed and Reine stood up

"We will win this war"
