Elsa looked out and saw a gentle snowfall. She lit up at the sight of the snow and rushes down the hall.

She knocked on Anna's door.

"DO YOU WANT TO BUILD A SNOWMAN? COME ON LET'S GO AND PLAY.

Elsa peeked under the door.

"I NEVER SEE YOU ANYMORE.

"COME OUT THE DOOR. IT'S LIKE YOU'VE GONE AWAY."

Elsa sat in her room and played with two dolls then gave up sad.

"WE USED TO BE BEST BUDDIES AND NOW WE'RE NOT.

"I WISH YOU WOULD TELL ME WHY."

"DO YOU WANT TO BUILD A SNOWMAN?"

"IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE A SNOWMAN."

"Go away, Elsa." Anna said.

"OKAY BYE."

Anna sat at the window looking out, longingly. Suddenly, her fire hands melted the windowsill.

"The gloves will help." Agust said slipping leather gloves onto Anna's hands

Then he patted her gloved hand.

"See? You're good... Conceal it." he started.

"Don't feel it." Anna said.

"Don't let it show." they finished together.

"DO YOU WANT TO BUILD A SNOWMAN?" twelve year old Elsa said.

Alone, she rode a bicycle built for two in the hall by standing on the back seat.

"OR RIDE OUR BIKE AROUND THE HALL?"

"I THINK SOME COMPANY IS OVERDUE... "

"I'VE STARTED TALKING TO THE PICTURES ON THE WALLS."

Elsa landed PLOP on the cushions, then looked up at the painting above her of the courageous Joan of Arc.

"Hang in there, Joan."

"IT GETS A LITTLE LONELY ALL THESE EMPTY ROOMS."

"JUST WATCHING THE HOURS TICK BY."

Later that night Agust and Igna went into Anna's room.

Nine year old Anna paced as she panics. The entire wall is melting behind her.

"I'm scared. It's getting stronger." she said.

Agust went to give her a hug.

"No. Don't touch me. I don't want to hurt you." she said.

He and Igna looked at each other alarmed sadness..

Elsa was eighteen now and slides past Anna's room without stopping.

Olaf felt bad for his friend. Elsa had made him when she was twelve years old to keep her company.

Elsa ran into her parent's room and threw herself into their arms.

"See you in two weeks." she said.

After saying goodbye to Elsa Agust and Igna went into Anna's room to say goodbye. While they did that Anna stood in front of them not touching them.

"Do you have to go?" she asked.

"You'll be fine, Anna." Agust said.

A few days after they left Elsa and Anna had been told that there was a storm causing their parents boat to go down.

After that happened a portrait of the King and Queen was covered in mourning cloth.

The next day there was a funeral done and Elsa looked small, standing before her people, beside burial stones.

When she got home Olaf went and gave her another hug. Then they headed to Anna's room.

When they got there Elsa stood there quietly for a second with her hand a few inches away from the door.

"Just do it. Aside from me she's the only person you've got left." Olaf said.

She sighed and knocked on the door.

"Anna? PLEASE I KNOW YOU'RE IN THERE PEOPLE ARE ASKING WHERE YOU'VE BEEN."

"THEY SAY HAVE COURAGE AND I'M TRYING TO I'M RIGHT OUT HERE FOR YOU."

PLEASE LET ME IN. Elsa slid down the door and sat with her head against it.

"WE ONLY HAVE EACH OTHER. IT'S JUST YOU AND ME."

"WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO? DO YOU WANT TO BUILD A SNOWMAN?" she finished weakly.

In Anna's room she's sitting in the exact same pose as Elsa. Her bedroom was in flames with heat. Steam hanging in the air, suspended by grief.
