Sweet Tooth (Fatgum x F!Reader)

Chapter Four

By the time you got home it was well past your curfew and your mother was not happy. She took your phone and hid it until you were ungrounded for God knows how long.

"Ugh, save me from my household, Tai! My mom is crazy!" You slumped into your mentors hands with a loud dramatic sigh, you pretended to play dead when Fatgum nudged at you. "Discipline is acceptable to those who don't listen" Fatgum tapped his chin with a large finger, a flash of thoughtfulness shot through his golden eyes. "And it's definitely acceptable for you, young lady"

"Huh! How rude, I came here seeking comfort!" You sarcastically rolled your e/c eyes when Fatgum pushed you out of his arms, his feet carried him to his desk so that he could finish up some written work. You glanced over at Kirishima with a bored gaze, he seemed just as bored.

"This would be an inappropriate time to comfort and talk about home problems" Fatgum met your eyes with his piercing golden ones, you stopped the shiver that tried to run a marathon on your spine. He's acting weird. You cocked an eyebrow at the older male before trotting out of his office. I wanna go explore.

"Eh? Whe-Where are you going?" Fatgum jumped up from his desk when you shut the door behind you, his heavy footsteps could be heard from the other side of the wall as he followed you.

"Hellion! Where do you think your going?" Fatgum poked his head around the corner, his blond hair fell into his face as he did."Ummmmmm I'm walking...around the...building...?" Your eyes narrowed at your mentor, who was now standing over you.

"You know the rules, young lady, your not aloud to walk around without me" Fatgum gently grasped your shoulders and pushed you back into his office, where Kirishima was watching with wide, crimson eyes.  "Stupid rules" You mumbled the words under your breath as you plopped down beside Kirishima, Tamaki wasn't here due to his stomach hurting. "My stomach hurts" My ass, he just didn't want to come today! I can't blame him though...

"Hey Y/n, wanna hang out after this?" Your thoughts were interrupted by the smooth, but almost raspy voice of Kirishima. His crimsons eyes shone in hope, you couldn't say no to the shark like boy.

"Well of course, anywhere in mind?"

"Yeah, that new arcade that's been opened up!" Kirishima plucked his phone from his pocket, he pulled up a small website with a few pictures of all the games and food bars. It looked pretty cool.

"I'd love to go! Thank you for inviting me, Kiri" You smiled widely, Kirishima returned your smile with his own before standing up and tottering over to Fatgum, who was buried in paperwork. Ugh hero work seems so cool, but I don't think I can live with all that paper!"Who all is joining us? Just curious is all" Your poor conversation starter seemed to work when Kirishima happily responded. "Bakugou, Kaminari and Mina" The red head held up his hands as he said his friends names, he rubbed his chin as if to think. "Andddd that's all!"

Good, not a lot of people to hang around with. "Would you mind if I invited a friend? He really needs to meet new people, he's awkward" You almost stumbled out of the chair you sat in, but thankfully your chains stopped you last second. You ran a hand against them as if to praise the lively metal hoops, they wrapped against you in thanks. "Uh sure, I'm always down to meet new faces!" Kirishima threw you a thumbs up, along with a bright shark toothed grin. "What's their name?"

"Ukai, he's a chill guy" You could have sworn you saw Fatgum pause and stare up at you with round, golden eyes, but you couldn't really tell, your focus was only on Kirishima at the time. "Ukai? Okay, I'll try to remember his name when I meet him!" Kirishima made a mental note, you could tell by the way his nose scrunched up. You turned your e/c eyes onto Fatgum, who was busily scribbling and jotting down in a well used notebook. "Would we be free tonight? Or do you want to surprise us with more night patrols?" Fatgum's gaze shot up to meet your own, his lips formed a smile before he replied. "No night patrols tonight chickadee, your free to do whatever, as long as you stay out of trouble" Ugh, him telling me to stay out of trouble is kinda getting old! But it's cute, so I'll allow it. "Yessir mister Gum!" You bowed playfully, a smirk crossed your face when your mentor nodded and returned to his paperwork.

A few hours of tottering around Fatgum's office, and patrolling the streets near his establishment, you were set free to enjoy the rest of the day, all until the meet up at the arcade with Kirishima.

"You told him I was awkward? I'm far from it!" Ukai's deep voice sounded from his place beside you, the two of you sat in the park watching everyone walk past and stumble over the root that jutted out of the ground. "Mhm, sure Kai, I'm gonna embarrass you the whole time" You sneered up at your friend, who stuck his bottom lip out and pouted. "I'll get you back if you do! And I'll let your little- ...big boy toy know that you crush on him!" Ukai was obviously talking about Taishiro, you huffed and puffed loudly. "First of all, he's not my boy toy, Second of all, I speak my mind so I'm pretty sure he knows the TINY crush I have on him. Third of all, I'll make sure karma bites your ass harder that before"

"Tch, ouch N/n, no need to be aggressive!" Ukai nudged your arm with his elbow, a teasing twinkle lit his blue and green eyes. You smiled at your male friend as the two of you cracked jokes about the three points you made a few moments ago. "Wow, I didn't know you could count! Congratulations on proving me wrong!" Ukai winked before poking your ribs roughly, this made you yelp in protest and shove him. "I can count to ten! See? One, two, three....four...se....umm seven?" You faked your idiotic behavior, it was clearly entertaining to Ukai, who snorted loudly and slapped his knee. "Haha, your humor is terrible!"

"Mm, thanks Kai, so is your flirting, but we don't speak about that" Ukai was about to gasp dramatically at your words, but a tap on both your shoulders interrupted you. "Y/n, hey! Looks like we can walk together to the arcade!" A raspy, yet attractive voice cheerfully spoke up, turning your head, you locked eyes with Kirishima. "Hey Kiri, I guess so. We were just about to head there!" You smiled widely while standing up, Ukai did the same, but more slowly. "Ummm...U...kai? Ukai, right?" Kirishima was being growled at by Bakugou, the blond was angrily glaring at you and your friend. "That's me, how's it going?" Ukai politely held his hand out, Kirishima gladly shook it with his own. "Good, nice to meet you" The red head turned to you now, his crimson eyes shining. "You two rea-"

"Shut up you damn extra, let's go, I'm not gonna wait forever" Bakugou rudely interrupted Kirishima, who shrugged the harsh words off and waved to you to start walking. "So, Kirishima, right? Nice hair...can't say the same for...Babyguo?" Ukai was already cracking terrible jokes and teases, his green and blue eyes flashed with mischief when Bakugou growled loudly and Kirishima patted at his red hair. "Thanks, the color red it awesome, yeah?"

"Yeah, red, we use that color a lot for where I work at" You cocked an eyebrow up as you pinched Ukai, who was smiling innocently. "What do you work as?" Kirishima asked with curiosity brimming his beautiful crimson eyes, you wanted to smack Ukai so hard right now, your innocent friend did not need to know what Ukai did for a living. "Well I-"

"That's not important, look! The arcade, and Kaminari and Mina are waiting for us!" You grasped Ukai's wrist tightly and pulled him, the small chains you wore around your neck threateningly poked at his smiling face. "Don't speak about what you do. Not in front of this friend group" You murmured the words into the males ear, he nodded with a smirk on his face. "Yes ma'am, I'll be a good boy" Oh don't say it like that!  "Y/n! Hii!" Mina bounced up and hugged your tightly, you squeaked at the air that left your lungs in the embrace. "Who's this pink cutie? The names Ukai!" Ukai held a hand out to the pink skinned girl, who happily shook it. "Mina! And your cute too!" Mina smiled widely before rushing into the arcade, Kaminari stared Ukai up and down with interest. Oh no, this perv might know him. I can only imagine how long he- "Hey there, Ukai. I'm Denki Kaminari" Much to your relief, the yellow haired male didn't recognize Ukai, who was already holding the door open for everyone to walk inside. "You mind if I call you Pikachu?"

"Not at all"

"Cool"

"Now, let's have some fun!"

"Shut up you damn extra!"
