"Yeosang and Hyunjin had gotten nowadays, or is it just me?" Heejin asked her roommate, as soon as she scrolled through the boy's Instagram.

Vivi, who was grabbing a drink from the fridge, peeked her head to look at the living room, "You think?"

Instead of getting a reply, all she meets was silence. Vivi made her way towards the living room to check what was wrong, and to her surprise, she was greeted by a sulking Heejin.

"What's up with you?"

The younger responded by shaking her head, as she remained silent, scrolling onto her phone, letting herself be distracted by her thoughts.

Meanwhile, the older observed her with total concern creeping towards her.

She was worried for the future of the two, and how they will work things out.

One must go for the other to move forward.

Vivi sighed, sitting down beside the girl and snatched her phone from her hand, "Don't deny it, I know you're jealous of them."

Heejin tried her best to retrieve her phone from the older, but failed to do so, as soon as Vivi started a sudden topic.

"You and Hyunjin are the opposite of us, you know?"

Heejin raised an eyebrow, wanting to ask further about what the older had just said, "Why do you say that?"

"Me and Haseul were some sort of complicated. She even used to hate me when we were kids." Vivi started, as a small smile paints her face.

It was a memory to remember...

Childhood days weren't easy when it comes to Vivi and Haseul's part.

The two would always ramble over little things and would almost summon a war between them.

Especially when Haseul's just minding her own business in the little sandbox on the playground.

The said girl tends to make sandcastles, to the point that she didn't want anyone interrupting her time making them. To her, she owned that sandbox, and no one should step foot inside it.

Or that's what she thought atleast.

Someone went up to her, Vivi to be exact, and all Haseul did was ignoring Vivi's presence.

She was busy making her sandcastles anyway, so Vivi took advantage of that and kicked the sand with a good amount of force, causing it to go all over Haseul's clothes, and some in her eye.

"YAH!!" Haseul exclaimed, rubbing her eyes, fighting her tears back. She didn't want to look weak in front of her worst enemy in that playground.

Haseul grabbed a handful of sand and threw it towards Vivi, who yelped in pain, due to the impact of the sand landing on her.

The two of them continued to fight with the sand, and didn't care if some will reach their eyes or literally just to anyone who were in the playground.

They were causing a commotion, as a crowd of kids watched them as they continued their little war.

That is until Haseul's mother came into the scene and stopped the two from murdering each other with sand, if that was possible they could.
