Chapter 12 Arguments

I woke up from laying down on Nick. I was a little confused, but memories from last night flooded back into my mind. Tears began to fall and my heart felt like someone ripped it out and tore it into a million pieces.

Nick slightly moved. His grip holding me tighter. He was still sleeping so peacefully. Aww he looks so cute when he sleeps!

Wait a minute! Did I just admit to him being cute?!?!?!? The world must be ending, but something deep down inside of me told me my feelings were changing.

I unhooked his arm from me and went to take a shower. The warm water felt good, but it was also a place to think. my mind kept replaying the scene that happened last night.

More tears flowed out of me like a river. It was never ending. The more I tried to stop, the more the tears came out.

When I got out the shower and got dressed. I sat down on the floor. Not willing to lay in bed. As I hugged my knees, I silently cried. The pain is so real. people don't understand how much it hurts when someone you love breaks your heart. It feels like getting stabbed repeatedly without dying. You want to let go but you can't. You just can't.

My emotions went from sad, depressed, angry, then determined. I was determined not to be hurt this much ever again. Not by a friend, or a boyfriend. If someone wanted to get to me, they'd have to break my walls. And when someone was able to do that, I would happily love them. But until then nobody, and I mean nobody, will ever hurt me the way those two sh$t heads did.

On Monday, I was confident. I didn't let anyone know how I really felt.

As promised, Lizzie came by to check on me and walk to class with me. She's such a good friend. I'm glad to have her. I don't think I tell her that enough. I made a mental note to get her something for always being there.

On my way to lunch, Taylor stopped me. I didn't want to hear another word from that slutty b$&ch.
"Please! Just hear me out!"
"No! Now get the hell away from me!
"Well.....why not?!? Shouldn't I be able to have a say on my behalf?!?"
"No! What do you think this is? You're not in court! If I don't wanna talk to you, that is my right. It's my choice! And I choose not to talk, listen, or even look at you. The way you treated me, was real low, and you deserve to be ignored! There are worst things I could do to you, but I'm not gonna cuz that's just who I am!"
"But Seth asked me to have sex with him!"
"And you could've said No. I would never hurt my best friend like that. And what about your boyfriend Nick? How do you think he felt? His girlfriend sleeping with his best friend in his house! You're nothing but a slut, hoe, whore, and a conniving little
b$&ch." and with that said, I walked away from her not caring about her feelings.

Lizzie, her boyfriend, and Nick were already at the table.
"Sorry I'm late, I had a uhm .......... confrontation on the way here,but everything is fine."
"Uh no problem" Lizzie said trying to figure out what had happened.

15 minutes into lunch

"Hey can I talk to you.......in private?" Seth had said.
"Nope!" I said not even looking at him while popping the p.
"Please?"
"There is nothing to talk about"
"Yes there is! Please just listen, at least let me explain." he said begging .
Explain?!? There is nothing to explain!"
"But I still want us to be together."
"Well.... you should have thought about that before you did what you did. you did the crime. now it's time to do the time."
"But it wasn't my fault! Taylor asked me to."
I laughed. " that's what she said ."
"Huh?"
"Taylor! She said the exact same thing! And even if what you say is true, you could have said no! Bye Seth."
"B....But."
"I said bye!" I shouted. Getting angrier by the minute.
"B...but i wasn't ......" he was cut off by Nick.
"Dude.....she said leave!"
!"Stay out of this! This has nothing to do with you! Seth said.
"Nothing to do with me?!? It has everything to do with me! You had sex with my girlfriend! In your exes room!!! What is wrong with you! Now if you don't leave willingly, i'll make you leave. And I promise it won't be pretty......for you."
"No! And I said stay out of it! I'm not leaving!"

Seth made a big mistake. he stepped closer to Nick and punched him in the nose. After that Nick threw punches left and right. It took the security guard to get Nick to stop hitting. Seth was beaten. He had to be taken away in an ambulance. He wouldn't be back for a while.
