CONNIE PERIDOT LAPIS AND BISMUTH SEEM TO BE BACK WITH PEARL GARNET AND AMETHYST AT THE BEACH HOUSE (NO ONE'S POV)
Everyone is hiding from Steven. As the giant creature keeps looking in the beach house, the Crystal Gems hide behinds cabinets in the kitchen, discussing their plan.
"So this D-Manifest guy, Ava was talking about attacked you?" Pearl asks Connie quietly.
"Yes, and he kidnapped Ava and corrupted Steven," Connie replies.
"I should've seen this coming," Garnet confesses to everyone there. "Why didn't my future vision work?"
"Well he could be exploiting timelines," Peridot states.
"Wait what?" Connie asks Peridot.
"Well," Peridot explains, "think about it. D-Manifest's powerful enough and twisted enough to bend timelines and dimensions to his will. He even knows about us from a TV show. He has an external learning about all of us, so he could be abusing the likelihoods of timelines by doing one thing for one path, and then instantly switching to another action."
"To change the future and disguise it." Connie adds.
"Well, what now?" Amethyst asks.
"Garnet, Amethyst, Connie," Pearl calls on them, "you 3 come with me to bring back Steven." They nod their heads. "Peridot, Lapis, Bismuth, you 3 go save Ava." They nod their heads. "Good now, let's save the world, Crystal Gems." Pearl encourages the team.
"OK!" They all yell in sincerity. After that, Peridot and Bismuth ride Lapis to the light house on top of the mountain, while Pearl's team lunges at Steven to do an attack. They hit, but it doesn't do anything to him. Steven grabs them with his right claw and smashes them into the side of the mountain that looked like a lady. Steven drops them, causing them to fall down into the beach house, almost knocking them unconscious.
They get up, after a minute of them moaning in pain, only for them to notice a giant fist coming at them. "QUICK!" Garnet yells, as she goes onto the gem scanner right in front of the door to all 4 of the og Crystal Gems' rooms. "TO MY ROOM!" Garnet's door opens up, as they start running to the entrance. They reach the Burning Room, as they hear a loud BOOM from outside the room.
"OK, WE NEED A DIFFERENT PLAN OR OUR STEVEN IS GOING TO TURN US INTO PANCAKES!" Amethyst yells in fear.
"Wait!" Connie says, inspiring an idea to pop up. "He's still our Steven, so why not show him that?"
"Are you really advising us to show affection for that beast, when it wants to kill us?" Pearl asks Connie.
"Well yeah!" Connie states. "It's our only chance we got, since we can't damage it, and even if we did, it's Steven still. We hurt that beast, we hurt our Steven. Garnet, what does your future vision say about that path?"
"It...works" Garnet states.
"Oh fine!" Pearl gives in. "So how do we do this?" Suddenly, Connie struck an idea.
"What if we sent someone special to start it off?" Connie states.
