Part 15 - Karan❤️Preeta (2)

A week later - Karan and Preeta used to meet up everyday they talked about how they're days were. They became good friends but both knew that the friendship was turning into love.
Tuesday 18th May 2021
Boy: Where is she.
A boy was waiting for someone for at least an hour but she never came.
Boy: She isn't even picking up my calls. I'll call Purvi.

Purvi was at home working when her phone rang.
Purvi: Hello
Boy: Hi
Purvi: Karan, what happened you seem tensed?
Karan: Do you know where Preeta is?
Purvi: I got told she was ill.
Karan: What! And she never told me.
Purvi: Relax, I'm going to meet her when I'm free.
Karan: Thanks Purvi
Purvi: But Karan....
Karan cut the call before she could continue.
Purvi: 😒 let's get back to work.

Preeta's house
Preeta was coming downstairs when she heard a knock on the door.Preeta opened the door,
Preeta: Karan
Karan (whilst coming inside): Your ill and you never told me
Preeta: calm down it's just a small fever.
Karan: What, calm down. Aren't we friends.
Preeta: Yes
Karan: Shut up!
Preeta was shocked and Karan realised that he was talking to harshly.
Karan: Sorry, it's just I was really worried.
Preeta: It's okay and I'm taking medication. Don't forget I'm a doctor.
Karan was staring at her and Preeta notices it.
Preeta: Karan, Karan, Karan!!
Karan: Umm Yeh
Preeta: What were you thinking?
Karan: Nothing
Preeta: Do you want something to eat?
Karan: No you should be resting.
Preeta: Seriously I'm fine I'll go make you something.
Before Karan could say anything Preeta turned but she ended up slipping over something and was about to fall when Karan got hold of her.
Preeta's eyes were closed waiting for her head to hit the floor but when that never happened she opened her eyes realising that Karan caught her. They had an eye lock.
There face we're really close. Slowly, slowly they went inches closer and were about to kiss when..........
