The kid's faces illuminated  upon hearing those words and they froze, too overwhelmed by joy to react in any way.

It was as if the became statues, their bodies looking at the desk in front of them but their heads turned towards Eraser Head, their smile going from one ear to another. The only thing that showed they were still alive and breathing, was their chest slightly moving in a regular peace.

"Well then it's settled then, right kids? Tomorrow we'll talk more about your situation.", said smiling the winged Hero.

The kids showed no reactions. Hawks raised his eyebrows while Tsukauchi leaned over the desk and waved a hand in front of them. Once again they kept looking at Aizawa without reactions.

Tsukauchi retracted his hand for a second but then decided to poke Mike's cheek. The gesture made the kid fall against the chair, which made him slide and fall upon Kiki, who started falling too, as if they were dominos. Thankfully Hawks used his feathers to resume the fall and put them back in place again.

That action caused some perturbation in the kids. The Heroes heard what could be considered a faint scream gradually becoming louder.

"yaaaaaAaaAAAAAAASSSSS!"

Their face distorted along with their scream of joy, they both teared up, letting their inner fan take over their bodies and express the amount of emotion they bottled up in a scream (for the last fifteen minutes more or less, note that it was still a great effort not to scream ' new ship' when for a second Tsukauchi leaned a bit towards Hawks). It lasted no more than a minute.

"We'll take that as  a yes." Nezu said as he stood up on his chair. He jumped on the ground and directly went to the teenagers.

"Follow me."  The children moved immediately and followed the mouse, that lead the small group to the entrance of the police office.

Tsukauchi went outside to get his car with Eraser Head, who was going to give him the coordinates of his house.

During the five minutes the two adults took to bring the car the kids were unexpectedly quiet. It made Hawks suspicious, but he quickly caught on the conversation they had.

Mike sent repeatedly some glances towards the cat officer. Kiki nodded and raised ten, then three fingers.

Mike did a grimace, pointed at his head and simulated a gun. Kiki raised her eyebrows in confusion. Mike rolled his eyes and mouthed "head" then "cannon".

Kiki slowly nodded as she understood but still insisted by raising two fingers. Mike shook his head again. He made a circle with his finger.

Hawks approved," Thirteen cats is a bit too much, one or two is more probable."

Mike snickered for he had a Hero on his side.

Kiki replicated, "Bish, at least he thinks there is a cat. Ya thinkin' he has no kitty."

Hawks dramatically gasped upon hearing 'bish', and Mike's eyes widened and immediately corrected the meaning, "It's really in an affectionate way, if se wanted to insult me she would find some elaborate and well constructed insult."

"Plus it's not like it's false, he got more boyfriends and girlfriends than I will ever have.", pouted Kiki.

"Ah yes, I'm bi." though it was necessary to add Mike.

Kiki grinned. "Yeah, but since right now he's single, you could say he's on... stand-bi."

Mike sighed loudly and exasperatedly, before hitting Kiki's leg, which only made her victory smile grow wider.
